An afternoon visit, while the beer selection is alway good, I found some of the beer to have some off flavors (tried a flight). Don't know if it's the cleaning of the lines, the beer that not being ordered often and hence a keg that been on too long? Most of the tap offering were fine, but they seem to, like many places too many IPA's and not enough porters, stouts etc.. our visit was right before St. Patrick's day so we tried the Irish offering, a Shepherd's pie and a Seafood...read full review

The waiter was excellent. Gave good suggestions. He was attentive without being obtrusive. The only problem is they ran out of ribs for one of our party, however, very accommodating due to this.

We recently had high priced burgers at an upscale eatery: Paragon's burgers beat them hands down - juicy, tasty, perfectly medium-rare burgers. And the usual lovely service. This has become our new favorite place, not just because of the excellent food but because of the genuine, down-to-earth people who make it happen.
