“Oh, this is one of my most favorite places for a cheeseburger. To be honest, the don't look like much, but they taste so amazing. The French fries are also really good - I like to get them well done so they are crispy.

There is a Barnes and Nobel across the street. Behind White Diamond is Tarantella's, which always gets great reviews, so come and make a day of it!

Parking: Limited number of spots, bit usually enough.

Kid-friendliness: Only a few booths, but usually enough. Very kid-friendly food.“

I ordered pancakes, and when they arrived, the restaurant fell silent. The pancakes were perfect. But then—DISASTER.

I looked at Bernard. Bernard looked at me.

Without saying a word, he marched toward the syrup station like a warrior entering battle. Moments later, he returned with a fresh bottle.

The crisis was over.

We worked with Emily throughout the process and she was great to communicate with. Any questions were answered right away. We wanted a venue that had both inside and outdoor options and loved that it had a covered patio for use all night. Ellis was our day of coordinator and both of our bridal attendants made the day run so smooth. Our guests loved cocktail hour and dinner. There was a great amount of food we went with the seafood station, pasta, Brazilian, and Chinese. We also did the breakfast sandwiches to go for the end of the night! The golf course made great photo backgrounds as well. We had the best time and would do it all over again if we could!“

“New Providence Bar and Kitchen was the perfect place for my wife and I to celebrate our anniversary. We came for lunch and immediately the staff made us feel very welcome. The menu, from the drinks to the entrees, put a fun spin on familiar dishes—just enough to be unique without deviating too much from traditional favorites. The calamari appetizer with chili peppers and capers was the best I’ve ever had— flavors were amazing. The Parmesan-crusted salmon was also tasty and my wife loved her meal too. The historic architecture and classic decor give the entire venue a wonderfully grand and romantic feel that makes it stand out from typical banquet halls. The food served during the reception was very good, particularly the prime rib and the baked pasta dishes, which were kept hot and well-stocked throughout the night. The service staff worked incredibly hard to keep everyone’s drinks refilled and plates cleared quickly. We were a group of 10 from NH looking for a place for dinner before the show. Max raved about the food at the Millburn Standard and recommended we go there. The staff was friendly, very accommodating to our large party (we did call for reservations, but they don’t take them) and the food was excellent (get the nachos!) When I first arrived, there were a few things that needed attention, but Maurice, the property manager, responded almost immediately and had everything taken care of within about 12 hours. His responsiveness, professionalism, and genuine commitment to making sure I had a good stay really stood out.
