My grandson absolutely loved the mozzarella sticks. We ordered for 7 people last night full meals and it was still affordable. The three for me is an awesome money saver. Even better the entire pick up order was accurate. The burgers were flavorful juicy and the portions made you cut them in half.
Food was outstanding, service was tremendously overreaching. I asked the busser for his name, he said his name was Queroz, I thanked him for his service and tipped him as he was truly determined to improving our experience!
The food was alright, but I did appreciate the busser’s “takin’ it cheesy” shirt lol.🤣🤣

Chili's Grill & Bar offers a variety of experiences based on customer reviews. The wait staff is highly praised for being attentive and prompt, with special mention of a server named Yomara. The quality of the food, especially the Southwest Eggrolls, Buffalo Wings, and loaded potato soup, is highlighted as good for a casual dining restaurant. Customers have noted that the food is always fresh and full of flavor. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming, and the staff is commended for their kindness, friendliness, and efficiency. Although there have been occasional delays in service and food delivery, these seem to be related to system crashes or busy nights. Despite some management issues, the restaurant is considered a great place for a quick and enjoyable meal, with a dedicated staff that makes customers feel valued and important. The franchise's great menu and friendly service make it a go-to spot for many.
