“I had the pleasure of dining at Estime Cafe today, it was an outstanding experience! From the moment we walked in, the customer service was phenomenal, warm, attentive, and truly welcoming. This is the first Haitian restaurant I’ve visited that delivered such impeccable service, and it made all the difference. The atmosphere was inviting, and the food was authentic, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Every dish was prepared with care, bringing out the rich, bold flavors of Haitian cuisine. Whether you’re a longtime fan of Haitian food or trying it for the first time, this place is a must-visit. I highly recommend for anyone looking for a fantastic meal and a top-tier dining experience. “Went early on a Sunday when it was raining. While the parking lot isn't the best, the food is.

I got the Kimchi burger and it was a very good size.
They cook it to perfection exactly as you request it.
Fries were good.
Onion rings were actual onion rings. Not that minced onion paste some places do.

“We had dinner at Ruby Tuesday in Elizabeth, New Jersey, and were lucky enough to have Bella as our waitress. She told us right away that she was new and still in training, so my sister and I joked that we'd be extra nice to her—but honestly, she didn't need any extra help!

Bella was incredibly sweet, friendly, and attentive throughout our entire meal. She took our drink order promptly, answered all of our questions about the menu with confidence, and kept a close eye on our table to make sure we had everything we needed. Her warm personality and genuine care made our dining experience even more enjoyable.

We live in Maryland and Florida, so unfortunately we probably won't have the opportunity to dine here again. “NY Fries was incredibly delicious, loved the Poutine with Pulled Pork BBQ and Cheese Curds. Went to Canada a year ago Jul. where I ate some different types of Poutine. NY Fries does it great. I hope more locations pop up in NJ. I'll be coming back to try more things.“

The menu, from the drinks to the entrees, put a fun spin on familiar dishes—just enough to be unique without deviating too much from traditional favorites. “Highly recommend! We had our wedding at Galloping Hill Golf Course in the summer of 2025. The day was everything we could have hoped for and everything went so smooth! We worked with Emily throughout the process and she was great to communicate with. Any questions were answered right away. We wanted a venue that had both inside and outdoor options and loved that it had a covered patio for use all night. Ellis was our day of coordinator and both of our bridal attendants made the day run so smooth. Our guests loved cocktail hour and dinner. There was a great amount of food we went with the seafood station, pasta, Brazilian, and Chinese. We also did the breakfast sandwiches to go for the end of the night! The golf course made great photo backgrounds as well. We had the best time and would do it all over again if we could!“

Instead, I ended up eating it in my car. But let me tell you — it was still worth it. I ordered the fish, yams, and mac & cheese… and it was incredible. Everything was seasoned perfectly and tasted like real home cooking. When I walked in, I was welcomed by a very kind elderly woman who greeted me with eye contact, a warm attitude, and great recommendations. It would’ve been a full 10 if they had dine-in seating, because the food is so good it deserves to be enjoyed fresh at a table. “I’ve been coming here since with my father since I was a kid, this place over the years has gotten so much better, and the service here has always been amazing. The hosts are very kind and make sure we don’t wait too long til we get sat, the sever was great and I believe his name was Carlos. Phenomenal service and made sure our food and drinks came out as soon as possible. Drinks were great, food was delicious and it was cooked to my exact liking. I would definitely come again with friends and come back to Carlos as my server.“

“Lucy made the entire experience a please. She was attentive, friendly and professional. We were there to celebrate my father's 86th birthday. Lucy made sure to make the occasion a special one, recomended a few entrees to my parents, and brought out a dessert for us to sing happy birthday without us even asking.
