No frills, throwback diner. Both in the ambience and the prices, which seem frozen in the early 2000s. Cash only, often with a line this is a local institution that's worth visiting if you enjoy crab benedict. Our little ones also like the French toast.
I’m always up for a trip to an old steel car diner. To find one in continuous operation since 1938 is rare. I’d heard lots of good things but never expected the experience to be so great.The service is friendly, and fast….my wife and l had our breakfast out in five minutes flat.I had some of the best pancakes and bacon l’ve had anywhere, and my wife’s corned beef hash was just silly good.
