PROS: This Dunkin was very spacious compared to other Dunkins. The staff is nice, they actually clean the sitting area, they have cushioned chairs in the corner and they have tons of parking CONS: They take 9 years to make each drink (exaggerating their slow time of course) and the bathroom is not clean at all. This review has nothing to do with any of the workers or the service what’s so ever… but the quality of the drinks have been rancid recently and to put it frankly, undrinkable. Not sure if it’s the people making them or the quality that Dunkin is providing them with but it must be looked into.

Ordered a bagel twist. I did not notice that it was missing until I got home. Went back to the store to retrieve it. The manager was standing there looking at me. He never apologized. The cashier did not apologize to me either. I think it is not that difficult to say sorry.
