Never had a problem here. At least it is near me..
Go to Dunkin. A gamble on service and food. Prefer it on weekends.
For the convenience, I would say this particular Dunkin’ Donuts is decent. Staff is always nice however wait time can be a little long due to heavy volume with customers but overall it’s a nice place.

The atmosphere can be disrupted by solicitors, but the service is decent with careful workers ensuring correct orders. However, there were issues with the order accuracy due to communication problems. The $16 'breakfast' of double bacon, double hash browns, and two coffees was disappointing, with cold bacon and greasy hash browns. The location near Newark International Airport long term parking is busy and in need of cleaning and updating.
