Their fried items are fresh, coffee is fresh everything is fresh! They serve with a smile and eye contact, sometimes moving their work right in front of you so you see it finished right away!

I promise go in there with a smile, be patient and give them space and they will do the world for you. There are fantastic souls working here on Passaic for our benefit.

“I’ve been an Alfalfa customer for years, and their food is one of the reasons I keep coming back. Today I realized after getting home that my free range roasted chicken (which I paid extra for) was missing from my salad. I called the store, and they were incredibly kind and immediately made me a new salad and even delivered it to me.

Mistakes happen, especially when a place gets busy, but what impressed me was how they handled it. Great food, amazing customer service, and I’ll definitely continue to be a loyal customer. Highly recommend!“

The staff at this DUNKIN truly treats regular customers as extra extra special customers letting the customers know they are appreciated. I visit here when in town, taking kiddos who love to go in and press their noses against the donut glass to make the biggest decision of their kiddo day- white frosting with sprinkles or pink frosting without or even donut holes or donuts with holes in them. The drinks are great. The sandwiches like grilled cheese or the avocado spread on toast are amazing, always. Best of all is the smiles and friendliness, guests to this store are treated to. “Went here on Saturday April 11, 10am and Ive never been to a Dunkin where the service is beyond your usual nice customer service. The gentleman helping us was friendly, courteous and so professional. We had 3 young kids with us so a lil hectic, man greeted us with friendly smiling face while asking how he can help, we werent ready yet and he was courteous and didnt rush and politely helped the next customer, got our orders explained the items cos i didnt know what to get since i dont go to dunkin often lol.
