Dunkin' is a popular restaurant that offers a convenient and kid-friendly dining experience. The location provides free parking, including handicap spaces, and is wheelchair accessible. However, customers have noted inconsistencies in the service quality. Some reviews mention long wait times and miscommunication at the drive-thru, while others praise the polite staff. Additionally, there have been issues with order accuracy, with employees struggling to modify menu items as requested. Overall, Dunkin' provides a mixed experience, with the potential for both positive and frustrating encounters.
