Manager is super helpful and polite wish he worked for me
Today’s drive-through service was very bad. I ordered a lightly toasted croissant with cream cheese and a lightly toasted corn muffin with grape jelly and butter. What did I receive a lightly toasted croissant with butter and cream cheese didn’t ask for that and the corn muffin I received had butter and no grape jelly. Unacceptable. They just didn't have the donut I like. I can't find vanilla creme to many places in New Jersey.

Dunkin' is a bustling and often crowded restaurant, but the friendly and attentive staff make it a worthwhile experience. The service is focused on the drive-through, and it can be noisy with occasional "crazies" present, making it not the most pleasant atmosphere. However, the food, particularly the underrated English muffin, is affordable. While the donuts may not be the highlight, the coffee is consistently well-made. Despite the occasional long wait times, the dedicated and pleasant employees, like the beloved JOYCE, ensure a positive customer experience.
