First time I came here, they messed up my order in the drive thru so I looped around, and they fixed it without a problem. The second time I came here, they didn't put any napkins or anything in the bag for my donut. The coffee was extremely hot, but I guess it can be expected. Overall, the location is ok because there was no problem with the food itself.
I have mixed feelings about this location, I've had good experiences sometimes when I go there during the day, but if you do a mobile order with them good luck! especially if you're trying to order from them at night. I have ordered from them and sometimes you'll get the completely wrong thing or the food is too hard to eat, my advice if you going to order at night from the app call ahead if you hear the African girl's voice don't bother(sorry speaking from experience here)

The service we had here was okay, and the sandwiches we got for lunch were well prepared. There was only one person working in the kitchen, but fortunately we were the only customers inside. Given that it seems to be single-threaded for both orders from the counter and the drive-thru, I expect there could easily be quite a bit of a wait if there is a line at the counter and/or drive-thru.
