I moved to Ironbound from James Street Newark, on Saturday, March 21st. I was pointed to go to the Dunkin at 275 Chestnut. I used to go to the Dunkin at the Bergen Street Mall in Harrison for five plus years. I loved that place with Houda and her crew. They were the friendliest people that I ever met. I used to enjoy coming to this Dunkin because it was the only one that made my wraps with crispy bacon instead of fatty bacon. Lately even when I ask for it extra toasty in hopes that it won’t be floppy pieces of fat they don’t care. They just want to rush my order. The employees are always friendly but it seems like they’re trying to rush everyone through. I will say the coffee is always good.
The customer service was awesome, your staff was very friendly and helpful as soon as I walked in i was greeted and was even suggested to try a sandwich. That sandwich end up being very good.. the establishment was very clean.
