Is been a few times that I stopped here and definitely not a good experience but today 01/03/24 was the worse .I asked for 2 hot coffees and they are like we have no hot beverages only iced drinks , I asked for donuts they have none, I ask for grilled cheese they have none , but the worse part is that after every answer they were about to close hahaha they repeat this after every question I made, but NO !!! you were not about to close , is just that you and your lazy coworkers don’t want to do the job. Hopefully management do something about this kids working at night shift . I passed at 7pm.

Service here is unacceptable, and disgusting. I ordered a bagel twist with cream cheese and they gave me the cream cheese on the side. I specifically advised them that I wanted the cream cheese into the bagel twist and they told me we don't do that. HOW COME? If I never had a problem in other dunkin donuts establishments. Not only was the order off, but four young women had nasty attitudes towards the situation. Soon enough this dunkin donuts store will crumble with the lack of service, and kindness to their customers.

This place is a mess i ordered two mango juices and it came with bugs. I went to complain and two girls laughed, it seems disrespectful to me.

In the picture this supposed to be a Charlie Cold. It’s supposed to have whip cream foam with cinnamon and sugar sprinkled on top. The avocado toast is missing the everything bagel seasoning and the bacon is not fully cooked. This has constantly been happening at this location. I wish corporate would just train all the employees the same way. Many DD I have gone to don’t know the difference between a Charlie cold foam, and a cold brew.

Wish I could give it zero stars this location is extremely horrible it's gone down hill since three years ago they just keep hiring teens or young adults who don't care about there job my husband and I went there with our boys before the park literally three employees there on there phones and they had the audacity too tell us there busy with what?.... There was one younger man how worked there was very nice but he had the right idea and left that place literally Dunkin' anywhere in Newark is just crap they constantly don't get the orders right like how do you mess up online orders it's literally right in front of you... I work in the restaurant industry and there service is just garbage they wouldn't last in a regular restaurant setting.. you're better off making coffee at save your money and don't give too this company until they better there staff and quality...

Wake up wrap had SO MUCH HAIR inside and outside melted all in the cheese and all. I went back to get my money back NOBODY WAS WEARING HAIR NETS! I asked the manager why they don't wear hair nets and he said WE ONLY WEAR HAIR NETS IN THE BEGINNING OF THE YEAR THEN I DONT KNOW WE JUST STOP.What!?!?!?! NASTY! I called corporate and its MANDATORY to wear hair nets... no hair nets were being worn.UPDATE! Somebody replied to my review from Dunkin with some bristle from a brush story. So I posted pictures of the wakeup wrap clearly showing hair with a root and all different lengths. Please check photos. Thanks!

The cashier was really rude and she didn't want to give me receipt and the change even when I asked for it, she was more interested in texting on her phone the entire time I was there!!Advice: whatever is the change you ALWAYS have to give it to the client and then the client as to be the one that decides if he/she wants it or not!!

The place was terrible the girl behind the counter was rude. Refused to heat my muffin. Apparently she was busy. I'll never go back there. I don't know how she hasn't been fired alreadyKid-friendliness: I would never subject a child to this placeParking: Don't bother parking. Find another Dunkin. The service here sucks!

I never go to this dunkin, but had to today. Asked for a hot latte and go it cold. Went back inside because the girls working there wouldn't attend the drive through quick enough. Told them i asked for hot and its cold. They barely warmed it up. I hate this dunkin on chestnut street.
