“I live right next door to this Dunkin, the employees are really nice and outgoing, especially Asher he goes out of his way to help anyone that comes in, he asks how you're every time you walk in, he even remembers each customer by what they eat,drink, or order. 10/20/24“
“Fast Service & Fresh Donuts, But Could Use a Quick Tidy-Up
Stopped by for a quick treat and was really happy with the service — fast, friendly, and efficient, just how it should be! I ordered a mango refresher and it was delicious — super refreshing and clearly made with care. I also grabbed a donut, which was fresh and tasty. They have a great variety to choose from, so there’s something for everyone. Coffee lovers, you’re covered too!
The only downside was the cleanliness inside. A few tables still had wrappers and receipts on them, and with the number of staff working, I expected the dining area to be a bit more maintained. Not a dealbreaker, but definitely something that could improve the overall experience.
Still, I’d come back for the service and the sweets!“
“Excellent Service! The gentleman behind the counter was polite and helpful. In addition, the food was prepared in a timely manner - the bagel sandwich was served piping hot and delicious, as well as the Iced Coffee, which was prepared to my specifications and taste.“

1st red flag - your staff doesn't understand how Dunkin points work and caused me to lose 500 points and didn't try to rectify the situation!
#2 an iced latte is made with ESPRESSO not regular decaf coffee. Retraining is needed
When I make the choice to spend the money I work extremely hard for to purchase my guilty pleasure (an iced latte) I EXPECT the person making it to know exactly how it is supposed to be made so there is no need for me to turn around and ask for the coffee to be remade ONLY TO HAVE IT TASTE EXACTLY THE SAME!

“Normally it's not too busy when I come to this location. I got two large iced lattes, a bagel with cream cheese, and a sausage egg and cheese on a croissant. The gentleman who rang us up was distracted by a separate situation that was occuring. We got charged for only one bagel because he was distracted, he was told two bagels.“
“I'm there Monday thru Friday every morning around 5am. Crystal and Anthony are absolutely the best and nicest workers I've ever met. There is always a line in the drive thru but it goes quick because of these two. It's nice to be greeted with a smile and hello at 5am. Thank you Crystal and Anthony you guys are the BEST, and Dunkin owners you should be thanking them too, you have 2 nice and great workers doing a outstanding job for you!!“
“Anyone leaving a bad review on here must have caught them on a very bad day, I've always found this crew to be some of the most professional and kind people. Been living up the street from them pretty much my entire life, and now I go there to get my coffee and they recognize me and know my order, I almost don't even have to ask anymore, I'll get smiley faces on my cup, people come to say hello to me, it feels like a Small Town coffee shop even though it's a big chain name, some of those employees have been there forever, and their experience shows through their professionalism and order accuracy. If something isn't right they will fix it immediately, and I've never gotten a huff a puff or a side eye from any of them, respect given is respect earned, and they have more than respected me and cared for me and we're kind to me. Sometimes they are the only friendly faces that I see all day, so it's nice to see this Dunkin' Donuts is still doing as amazing as it was back in the day when I was a little girl. I get my two large lattes almost everyday now, and they never forget to put ice in my second cup to cool it for me. Their kindness and professionalism keeps me coming back. It's hard not to! “Ok, so I used to feel some kind of way about a Dunkin near a gas station...lol!!! As if they were pumping gas, then preparing my food...🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️! Anyways, I absolutely Love this Dunkin in particular because of the service!!! This is the only Dunkin that I've patronized that you can actually appreciate the sincerity in their disappointment when they don't have an item you ordered or want! Their customer service is top tier and the quality or care that they put in the accuracy of your order is unmatched. Presentation is important and they follow through every time!“
“This is my go to Dunkin. They always get my order right and it’s always ready . No waiting time which is great . My favorite is Adriana - I love how she calls me princess lol she makes me feel special. She’s always so nice and a smile that will turn anyone’s bad day into a great one .“
“I wish it was still 24 hours a day, especially when I can't sleep! Most of the staff is nice, some aren't! But it is the biggest DD in Elizabeth and most popular to hang at nevertheless! Miss the muffins being made fresh! Because the bakery products are delivered frozen, they get one star less for food!“
