“We ordered so many incredible signature dishes. The lamb moussaka was 5 stars! To really test them we ordered one of the best lahmanchoun’s we’ve tasted in NY! Cozy atmosphere, attentive waitstaff, Momo JC definitely exceeded our expectations!“

“Love this place! They have some of the best food in jersey city. Every time i call or come in they know who i am, and are always very nice. And what i like the most about them is that they have great Mexican food and great chinese food, so i always have alot of different choices to choose from lol...“

“I love this place, whether to sit down and enjoy it or simply make a quick stop. The only problem for me has always been the customer service. Before today, I had never been treated well — there was often arrogance and a lack of empathy, especially because my English is poor. That made me stop coming here.
But today I decided to stop by, and for the first time I was treated very well. The care this new employee showed by listening to me and suggesting something was truly thoughtful. I was happy not to feel judged for not speaking English well.
I will start coming here again. The desserts and food are truly wonderful, but being treated badly is very frustrating.“

“Absolutely loved this place! It's classic NYC vibes and fits so well. The food was outstanding and for as hard as reservation were to get it was not overly expensive on the food side! Drinks were up there but nothing surprising for the city.
Absolutely get the burger and make sure you get the peprcorn sauce with it!“

“I had a wonderful dinner wih my parents at this restaurant. The food was delicious; everything that we ordered was perfectly prepared, very well seasoned and total joy to eat. The service was top-notch, and the food recommendations given by our server were spot-on. I can definitely recommend this place.“

“This is what we call “fine dining.” We did not reserve the main dining room, as one of our party did not care for prix fixe. We opted for the lounge as you can have from the menu or prix fixe. When you first arrive, you are greeted by a pleasant hat/coat check lady. We arrived early and said we would wait for the other couple and were invited to wait in the intimate cocktail area. The cocktails were superb and served with a house-made cocktail snack. When the guests of the party arrived, we were escorted to the lounge area. An intimate area with about six to eight tables. After being seated and greeted by the head server (maître d' or captain), who explained our options, we all opted for the menu. After looking at all the choices, we decided to split two appetizers. Even though the number of items on each choice was uneven, the server said, “Let me take care of it". And then beautifully presented plates arrived with equal portions. And it only got better from there. The entrées were each explained in detail, including their origins and how they were prepared. I could go on and on. The fish, beef, duck breast, and pork were everything we expected and more. We all commented, maybe the best we have had. The house made desserts were perfect. I had possibly the best cheese plate I have ever had. The entire staff of servers were professionals and enhanced the evening. The most disappointing part of the evening was when a guest entering the dining room (after removing his overcoat) came in dressed in Dockers and a short-sleeve polo. This is an insult to the owner, the chef, and the entire staff at this fine restaurant. But maybe he was an elite or a “special” person. We all said we would be back.“

“Had to swing by the new Boucherie and see what this new addition was bringing to the Chicago scene. My visit on a Sunday at 7:30pm was way different than my visit on a Thursday night at 8:30pm. Sunday was calm, spacious with a very moderate noise level but Thursday night was oddly the complete opposite - it was loud, busy and had much less space! 😂 I’d definitely say be cognizant of that when you go; the vibes can vary. The drinks were good - my favorite was “La vie en rose” and the French martini was tasty as well. Loved the escargots and the garlic butter sauce they were drowned in! I also had the saumon roti and that choron sauce on top was delish! I wasn’t a fan of the Paris-Brest for dessert, but the crème brûlée was good! The interior is so beautiful! 😍 Stop by for a visit and see how you like this new Chicago restaurant! Ask for Manuel to be your waiter - he was the best!!!“

“This has been one of the best meals I’ve ever had. My wife and I came here on a whim. We went full French classics: Frog’s Legs, Escargot, Steak Tartare, Petit Moules Marinère, Goat cheese Puffs and Salmon Pave. Everything was seasoned well and tasted delicious. It reminded us of our trip to Paris a couple years ago. Highly Recommend if you are into French food and in the area.“

“Quiet, tasty, and welcoming service. It earns its star (especially those sauces). The waiter may add some charm and levity even as the kitchen peels their little heirloom tomatoes. Equally solid for birthdays, anniversaries, and getting a nice quiet corner to yourself.
If you're into wine, be sure to look out for their semi-regular events.“

“An unforgettable experience here at Le Jardinier!!! Whilst it wasnt a tasting menu each course including the amuse bouche were so special. We were greeted with the person at the door being very kind to put my umbrella in the holder. We were led to our table and the ambience was nicely darkly lit and very atmospheric. The service throughout was impeccable and always led with a smile. One of them lit up when I told them it was my birthday and they were super kind to give a complimentary dessert with a candle and a message at the end.
The bread at the start was very special in itself. So many kinds to choose from and each was very unique with their own textures and size. I loved the layered bread and the butter with the name of the restaraunt on it. The bread melted in my mouth.
The amuse bouche was plated and presented so beautifully in the dome. It was so delectable
The appetisers were extemely rich. I was surprised on how big the foie gras dish was. Loved the presentation and how it came with the perfect bread which was cut so nicely. The vegetables that came with it were so good and the combination was so good.
The scallop dish was also really good. But it was quite salty and the green sauce added a weird combination that felt quite off, but still i got used to it and i ended up enjoying it a lot.
The octopus was extremely tender as well as the duck. The duck skin was unbelievable. So crispy. The sauces were also super rich and light and delicious as well as the duck croquet which went so well with it. The ravioli was also incredible
Each of the desserts also looked exceptional and tasted as well, bursting with colours and flavours and textures.
Highly recommend this place!!“

“Established in 1937, Le Veau d'Or (located at 129 E 60th St) is Manhattan’s oldest French bistro. Revitalized by renowned chefs Riad Nasr and Lee Hanson (of Frenchette and Le Rock), it masterfully bridges an old-school, red-draped dining room aesthetic with elevated, contemporary French cooking“

“Dining at Le Rivage has become a family tradition. My MIL would eat there when she lived in NYC decades ago. She returned with her son (my husband) when he was young. Now, in 2025, we took our boys there on their first visit to NYC. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. The food is always wonderful. Highly recommended.“

“We celebrated a year from when we got engaged in Paris at this beautiful restaurant. The food was delicious; the music was incredible and our server Andrea completely took care of us. We had prosecco to celebrate, opened gifts and enjoyed each other’s company to the steak and the branzino. If you come here, ask for Andrea and ask for her recommendations ♥ It was so special because of her.“

“Didnt want to post too many snapshots of our dinner because I loved the surprises each dish came with but had to share the most lovely dinner experience I've had in a while. Set in a lovely chic Japanese variety and cookware shop, HOUSE brings a homey but elevated feel in terms of both experience and food. Everyone from the host to the chefs to the service workers were all the kindest and most professional.
The food is phenomenal and teeters between fresh and bright bites to savory and rich dishes. Every dish is well balanced and the textures are amazing. They even included an anniversary dessert and were just the most thoughtful and engaging - definitely worth coming back! Worth every penny and more.“

“It was a very wonderful experience. The restaurant atmosphere is spot on, large with high ceilings, nice decor and comfortable seats. The service is wonderful though I did have a little bit of trouble understanding the explanation of the dishes (but the online menu tells you everything you need to know). The dishes tasted much better in the beginning than towards the end. The veal dish was not very tender. And their duck pie fell a little short on flavor. But very nice touch at the end moving to the couches and having tea/cake. The Polaroid pic at the end was cute.“

“Just got home from our 1st visit. The meal was spectacular. My wife had foie gra mousse and I had the beet salad both were great, entree black bass and duck breast both cooked to perfection the dessert was wonders. Great attentive service. Had the pleasure of meeting the chef, Sadie and the gen. Manager Melanie, they could not have been more accommodating. I highly recommend, parking might be hard to find. I will return and soon, they are going to offer the foo gra in puff pastry, I go just for that. I found it reasonably priced. My wife enjoyed her 70th birthday meal as much as I did.“
