“Very nice place for a family meal...button lines beware with the most ferocious towing in the city of Jersey City.Never take for granted that you will be safe eating and parking in front of MacDonald Newport mall...the security an the towing company...will not see that You are in MacDonald they will take you car...in the blink of a eye.Pay your parking or You will become a victim on the millions to count..whi don't know how this mall operate...My personal opinion..not everyone think like...me or be honest about this matter in New Port mall Jersey City“
“I pull through the drive-thru and the customer service is excellent. I order 2 hot and spicy McChicken sandwiches for a cool $2, a McGriddle for a little bit more that comes with a hashbrown and a perfect textured orange juice. The hot and spicy mcchickens are beautiful for the $1 spent on them each. So good. The mcgiddle is amazing quality. The pancake buns are delicious with the rich flavor of maple syrup and the instant warmth of the sandwich. The food is always hot and fresh. Now the hashbrown. The hashbrown smacks. SOOO GOOOD. Perfect golden crispiness on the outside, not too mushy on the inner side, absolutely perfect. Nothing like it in the world. It just smacks.“
“Of course food was rated low, but for such a busy location you’d think the employees would be running around throwing orders out, but this is not the case! Every time I’ve gone in the room is clean and the people behind the counter are nothing but kind and helpful. Even in cases where there might be some mixup or altercation (I’ve seen some crazy customers) everything seems to run smoothly and I always get someone asking me if I need anything. It’s fast, filling, and easy; exactly what a McDonald’s should be.“

“Been going here for years. It seems to be the same management team in the mornings. Foods always good. Bathroom clean. The issue is, first of all the seating area is hot. Over 80° hot in the winter with the heat blasting that you are sweating bullets eating. That is if you're lucky enough to get a seat. The 4 or 5 tables are usually occupied a single older, possibly migrant men drinking a coffee and just sitting there for who knows how long.“
“I frequently swing by here on my way out of the mall, and sometimes to sit down for a bit. There is a seating area, it's to the left if you're facing the counter. It's all glass, so you get a cool street view, but it can get sunny and hot like a greenhouse.I usually order ahead on the app and it's always been fast and accurate. I love this McDonald's location, it's definitely underrated. It's actually located in a more convenient location from the rest of the restaurants on the top floor.“
“This location is #2 best I've experienced in all of the US and Canada. We travel a lot for moving jobs and wind up not eating all day and need reliable fast food. We arrived to find a beautiful and classy decor; super clean restrooms; complicated order including no added salt on sandwiches that was fulfilled correctly; professional staff. Only topped by a location in Cortland, NY that has a grand piano!!“

“Mcdonalds is mcdonalds. I guess it's more about the service & the actual establishment than the food.Staff is nice & does their job well. Never had an issue with wrong items or rude service.The store itself is amazing tbh. For Xmas, it was decked out!! Tress/lights/gifts everywhere. Was beautiful, really. Now for vday same thing. Balloon hearts/red&pink lights/candy cutouts. They go all out for holidays. Always decorated like no McDonald's I've ever seen before!(**PS: My only & biggest issue with this particular mdcondqls is ... Don't order a regular. Burger/cheeseburger here. Idk why, but there is always a chunk or two in them of idk what. So there is at least 100 parking spaces you can park for free in within the strip malls area.Kid-friendliness: Absolutely kid friendly!
