McDonald's in Jersey City

“Really enjoyed my time here in the shopping mall, very accessible via Path or a convenient Uber drop off. It’s not an extremely huge mall but have very decent brands and definitely covers everything you need with more than 100 stores across health & beauty, sports, fashion, f&b, and even a cinema at the top level. 3 floors of amazing shopping options which you can easily spend half a day at! Love the presence of Macy’s, Kohl, JCPenney, and Cheesecake factory just to name a few. The 3rd floor hosts an array of food establishments as well. Only downside is that the restrooms are only located on the third floor in the entire mall which is pretty disappointing and inconvenient.“

“Stopped in for a quick lunch, ordered the Big Arch meal. Service was quick, very friendly, and professional! Asked if we wanted condiments & told us to enjoy our meal. We aren't used to many of the McDonalds having such great service so it was a very nice surprise. Thanks McDonalds and keep up the great work!👍“

“Quick service. It always seems like hardly no one is working there but somehow they manage to make my food faster than any McDonalds I've been to. There is no drive through so Im sure that helps with the speed as other locations prioritize the drive through. While the service is quick it the cashiers aren't always courteous. They can be very mater of fact like they could care less to help you or if you buy at all. Im easy to please but it can be annoying with them having side conversations about nonsense while taking my order. I think they'd prefer for us to use the kiosk.
Restaurant is always very clean and the atmosphere is friendly.“

“Friendly and helpful service! The self-order machine failed to print or display the order number, so the friendly lady at the counter scrolled through the orders and found it in no time at all. The place seems to be popular among parents with kids. The food is what it is in most other McDonalds restaurants: fast and unhealthy.“

“My 1st time here since they done did a change inside. U have to order on the kiosk machine no person to person. Make sure u check ur bag before u leave. Went last Saturday and the guy forgot my hash browns 😑 😐 😒 I was on my way to work and couldn't go back.“

“When I'm in a rush for breakfast I come here. The service is fast and the food is always made fresh. Remember to use the McDonald's app if you want to save on your orders. There are four kiosks for self service and at least one is available every time I go. There are always tables available if you plan to dine in. The workers will bring the food to your table if you decide to do that. I ordered a sausage, egg and cheese mcgriddle,hash brown and sausage biscuit. I received my order in less than ten minutes.“

“All McDonald's, for the most part, are the same but I will say that the staff here is pretty dope. For whatever reason, Allen (overnight shift) is always my first point of contact in the Drive Thru window, but it's cool because he always have a good attitude about him. Maybe I just go to McDonald's too much. “

“This is getting ridiculous.......what is so hard about getting the order right!!!?? Spent $42 for breakfast, and 2 hash browns and 2 sausage sands , not in the bag!!!!!! The last time I was shorted, I said from now on I will sit there and go through the order!!! But I forgot and it happened AGAIN!!!!!!! People, ck you're order before you pull away!!!!!!! The cars behind you will be annoyed, but it's better than getting screwed again!!! 😡🤬. And not one napkin!???????!!!!! P.S. I left a voicemail and to my surprise....the Manager called me and told me to go back there, and he will make good for the mistake!?!!! Listen , everyone makes mistakes, but how you handle it is where integrity steps in!?!??!!! I will definitely be visiting this establishment again!!!!😊“

“Stopped by McDonald’s and the experience was smooth from start to finish. The service was quick, the staff stayed friendly even with a steady rush, and the food came out hot — which is really all you want when you’re grabbing something fast. My order was accurate, the fries were fresh, and the sandwich actually looked put together instead of rushed.

The dining area was clean, and the vibe felt organized, not chaotic. Whether you’re pulling up for a quick bite or grabbing something on the go, this location handles business the right way. I’d definitely return.“
