I ordered two 6 piece spicy nuggets bundles with my $31.77 order. Small fries were supposed to come with my nuggets. After waiting for the soggy nuggets to get what I thought was my completed order I found that my two small fries, which were on the take out receipt were not in my bag and I unfortunately already left the area. Tried calling, but of course, the phone number doesn't work. Very disappointing!
I frequently swing by here on my way out of the mall, and sometimes to sit down for a bit. There is a seating area, it's to the left if you're facing the counter. It's all glass, so you get a cool street view, but it can get sunny and hot like a greenhouse.I usually order ahead on the app and it's always been fast and accurate. This one's a lot better than the one inside Newport Mall. Been coming here quite a few times since I moved to Jersey City four years ago, and they've never messed up my orders. But since it's near a gas station, sometimes the drive-thru gets really busy, and I end up waiting a long time to pick up my order.Btw missing the double Big Mac :(
