I have been coming to Ondo since their soft opening and have always had a great experience. Their food is consistently excellent, and they also have some of the best cocktails.
I recently tried their tasting menu and was pleasantly impressed by the quality, creativity, and flavors of each course.

I haven’t stopped thinking about this places since eating here. It knocked it out of the park. The kimchi fried rice (not pictured) was my absolute favorite!
I went here a few times and I can say Ondo is one of the top restaurants and by far the best Korean restaurant in Jersey City! The food is consistently delicious, ambiance is nice and elevated, and the service attentive and caring. Some dishes I like: hwe muchim (raw fish), bossam (braised pork belly), galbi jjim (braised short ribs), and truffle mushroom rice.
