I went here a few times and I can say Ondo is one of the top restaurants and by far the best Korean restaurant in Jersey City! The food is consistently delicious, ambiance is nice and elevated, and the service attentive and caring. Some dishes I like: hwe muchim (raw fish), bossam (braised pork belly), galbi jjim (braised short ribs), and truffle mushroom rice. The portions are on the smaller side so you might want to order more dishes than you think you need although it can get...
Absolutely incredible dining experience at ONDO! The kimchi dumpling hot pot was pure comfort in a bowl rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced with just the right amount of spice. Every bite of the dumplings was packed with flavor, and the broth was so delicious I didn't want to leave a drop behind.
