Acai Bowls near Jersey City, NJ

“The best smoothies in the area! 🥤

I’ve tried both the Wake Up Call and the Nutty Monkey, and they’re easily two of my favorites from the Espresso Shakes menu.

Both are blended perfectly, taste fresh, and give you a great energy boost. I also love that you can customize your smoothie with different options like your choice of yogurt, milk, and other add-ins to make it exactly how you like it.

If you’re looking for a fresh, customizable smoothie that actually tastes great, this spot is definitely worth checking out.“

“The tacos were absolutely delicious! 🌮 Everything tasted fresh, clean, and full of flavor. I really enjoyed my meal, and the place was nice and welcoming too. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for good food. I’ll definitely come back again! ❤“

“I love their acai bowls, their ingredients are always fresh, actually just switched from Playa Bowls because their ingredients are hard and bowls kind of dry…

Anyway I heard you guys are closing and I am so saddened 😭 Officially found my main Acai place just for it to be closed. Would love to hear a comeback in a more neighborly area maybe a little further down Jersey City, maybe Bayonne, people would appreciate the business.

Had a great conversation with my server this morning, she was very kind and the bowl came out great! Will make the most out of this place before it’s shut.“

“Eat everything!!! The service is impeccable!! The food is yummy!!!“

“This place is spacious, cozy, and the chicken is dynamite!! I love their combos. The chicken is juicy and the fries are crispy as heck!

Definitely a go to spot for affordable place. Major plus that the owner is also a friendly guy. ^^“

“Awesome place. Highly recommend!“

“I had an amazing experience at Brazilian Hot Dogs! The food was fresh, flavorful, and packed with authentic Brazilian taste. The hot dogs were loaded with delicious toppings, the portions were generous, and everything was reasonably priced. I also tried some of the Brazilian snacks and was impressed by how fresh and well-prepared they were. The restaurant was clean, welcoming, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. It’s clear they take pride in both their food and customer service. If you’re looking for authentic Brazilian street food and a great overall dining experience, this spot is definitely worth a visit. I’ll definitely be coming back!“

“If you’re looking for an amazing pre- or post-workout treat — or just something delicious to satisfy your sweet tooth without feeling guilty — this place is it. The service is always wonderful, and the Cowabunga Smoothie is one of my personal favorites. Everything they serve is made with natural, organic ingredients, so you don’t have to worry about a bunch of ultra-processed stuff going into your body. It’s refreshing to find a spot that focuses on quality while still making drinks that taste this good. It’s always a great choice when you need a quick energy boost to keep your day going. Highly recommended.“

“Newark has really changed. I’ve been to the famous jazz station WBGO many times. The changes from 1985 to now is incredible!!“

“Everything look amazing and the taste is even better! 😍 Hands down for Om Juice Bar! 🙌🏻💛“

“Perfect start to the day! We stayed here 4 or 5 times during our week in NY for breakfast. We tested porridge, acai bowls and smoothies. The "Hell's Kitchen Sink" tastes awesome (with peanut butter and cocoa nips.) The smoothies Boo Berry, Gymbuddy and Energy Boost are each made with almond or coconut milk and protein powder .We loved everything! The service is very friendly and There are only a few seats, so we were there early (about 8 / 9h) and had no problems getting a small table. Now we are back home and miss the delicious bowls!“

“Impecable el ambiente y la atención. Los bowls son súper recomendables! No se lo pierdan!“

“Love this place. It is a great place on the Upper West Side!“

“This is a wonderful place. Staff is very professional and friendly. They offer a variety of juices, smoothies, oatmeals and many more delicious options. I am so glad I stopped by today.😊😊“

“Came in here after work around Lunchtime to have a smoothie bowl as I was craving to try one. I custom made what I wanted and had the pitaya (dragonfruit) base with mango, blueberries, granola, banana, coconut flakes and honey and omgggg did it deliver!!!! Sooo delicious! Not to mention the service frok the girls there was super sweet and friendly. There’s a cute bunch of chairs to sit at outside which is where I loved to after being inside because it’s air conditioned inside and I wanted to get some sun. Highly recommended!“

“Melhor lanche brasileiro da região“

“It’s all about the bowls and bulletproof coffee here. And the juice bundles are top notch AND super affordable!“

“Oakberry has the best açaí in the world. Healthy, refreshing, and full of amazing topping options. Everywhere my husband and I travel, we always look for an Oakberry. We highly recommend it! 😍“

“Es lugar nuevo los jugos son frescos y saludables lo recomiendo le 5 estrellas y la gente muy profesional y buena vibra 🥤“

“I absolutely love Pure Green! The smoothies are always fresh, delicious, and made perfectly every time. My favorites are the Banana Nut and the pistachio smoothie !!! both are so good!!! You can really taste the quality of the ingredients.

The staff is amazing too super friendly, welcoming, and always makes the experience even better. This is definitely my go-to spot for smoothies! 💚“

“Came on a Saturday afternoon and it was quite busy! Tons of folks were coming in and out for a spot I almost walked past! Extensive menu with plenty of fruit slush options (no milk), smoothies (with milk), bowls, or boba. I'd prob rec not getting the boba, since nyc is blessed with boba-specific spots lol

I just finished a workout, so I opted for their large Powerful Chia ($11), which had banana, mango, pineapple, and chia seed. I got almond milk, since they didn't have oat milk at the time. Price point was relative on par with other chains. You can add Orgain organic protein for +$1.

All ingredients are blended right in front of you, which is always great to see. Overall, would return to a Hawa!“

“The Vermella Bowl from EnjoyaBowls in Harrison, NJ is absolutely incredible. Everything tasted fresh, vibrant, and perfectly balanced. The fruit was super fresh and sweet, the toppings were generous, and the presentation was beautiful. You can really tell they care about quality.

One of my favorite things is how customizable it is. I love that I was able to add and remove items to make it exactly how I wanted — I added a couple extra toppings to mine and it came out perfect. That flexibility makes such a difference.

And the convenience? Unmatched. Being attached to my building makes it dangerously easy to grab one whenever I want something healthy, filling, and delicious.

If you’re in Harrison, this spot is a must-try. Highly recommend!“

“Stopped by for breakfast today, and the acai bowl and smoothie we had were both filling, delicious and healthy. The two people working at the time were helpful and very pleasant easy to take my time making my picky selection. I often make my own smoothies or get them out from a certain place in Manhattan. I highly recommend Pure Green as a quality spot. Inside is cute with standing and sitting space. Outside tables were comfy for our morning.“

“Nice spot to grab some boba tea or smoothies. Most of the drinks are phenomenal, and the boba itself is sweet, but not overpowering, and is chewy, but not too chewy, making it perfect to my liking. I also enjoy how I am available to change the sugar and ice content, giving me the ability to tailor it to my liking even further. My only complaints are that the blender is loud, making it hard to communicate and understand the server. Also, the drinks from the “Butterfly Pea” series taste like water after a while. Overall, nice spot.“

“I would strongly recommend paying this place a visit. The food is great and the service is very fast.“

“Great and yummy Acai Bowls. My favorite is the Pura vida bowl. And the customer service is amazing. Great team in this location. This location is clean, fast, and welcoming. Thank you making it a great experience. I come here frequently and every time is great.“

“Danny was wonderful. We went to a location on 53rd and Lexington. The food was delicious, the staff was extremely attentive. The place was super clean and inviting, with a cool and relaxing ambiance. We thoroughly enjoyed our lunch. Thank you !!!!“

“Baya Bar - Acai & Smoothie Shop is a great stop for something fresh and energizing. The acai bowls are vibrant, well-balanced, and loaded with quality toppings. I also liked the variety of smoothies and juices, all tasting clean and refreshing. The bright, casual vibe and quick service make it an easy, feel-good choice anytime.“

“So, I usually go to the one in Park Slope because my wife is a big fan of the Dubai Açaí bowl. I was surprised this store was open early and we walked in a little after 8am. The girls were very nice and helpful. The peach lemonade was amazing and the Açaí bowl was great too.“

“I came in to try the Pitaya Paradise Mango after a friend recommended it. To be honest, I started the day in a pretty bad mood, and then, of course, there was an issue with my order. Things happen, and I completely understand that.

What really stood out was how the manager, Andres, handled the situation. He resolved the problem in no time, remained incredibly professional, and was genuinely kind, even though I was probably a little ruder than I should have been. By the time I left the store, I was laughing with a big smile on my face.

He completely turned my day around. Thank you, Andres, for your positive attitude and outstanding customer service. This is exactly what great customer service is all about.

I'll definitely be coming back 100%!“

“This is my favorite smoothie place in Manhattan, and it’s right up there in terms of salads and healthy bowls. Their ingredients are so fresh and the smoothie combinations they have are super creative and unique. I go out of my way to make a stop here when I’m in the area!“

“Best smoothies in the west village / Chelsea area. They are always made fresh right in front of you and the 10-12 dollar price is justifiable with its terrific taste. If I could have it everyday I would, but I tend to get one of very hot days and as a supplement to a traditional breakfast (bagel or bacon egg and cheese). Healthy and delicious alternative“

“I come here all the time and they’re always great! The staff is super helpful and patient — especially since I’m picky and don’t drink milk or eat bananas. They always get my order right and make it easy for me. Thanks for consistently great service!“

“Stumbled across Angie while visiting the area for a long weekend. Went back every morning! Incredible smoothies, excellent service, high attention to detail on curating unique and healthy recipes; better prices than Juice Generation or nearby alternatives“

“We miss you guys! Best juices and smoothies in the city! Can't wait for the new location! Best of luck :)“

“absolutely delicious!!!! I got the half salad and half white rice with spicy salmon and fresh crab with shrimp. Topped it off with lots of veggies. they recommended two delicious sauces“

“Hands down my favorite smoothie place in the city. They have açaí, bubble tea and wellness shots available too. Been to this one and the Chelsea location both quick and fresh, very fair price point. Way better than any juice chain in the city and cheaper“

“The bowl was excellent and exceeded my expectations. The cashier at the front named Alex made sure that I got the best bowl and service. I can honestly say I’ll be coming here again. Amazing flavors and amazing staff.“
