“I cannot say enough good things about Fitrition meals. I have tried every meal prep company in the area and absolutely nothing compares to these! The portion of protein, carb and vegetable in each meal is the perfect amount. I am always satisfied and never left hungry! (which is what would always happen to me with other meal preps) The quality and presentation of the food is also top-tier. What I love about this specific company is the variety of meals from different cultures. These meals are not your typical chicken, broccoli and rice. They also have a great selection of low calorie and higher calorie meals which is extremely helpful depending on your diet goals. My favorite meals are The Daniel, Coconut Basil Shrimp and Lomo Saltado. I always look forward to picking up my weekly meals every Monday! Fitrition meals are a must-try!“

“Popped in for a smoothie at the recommendation of Steve from the neighboring Twins Barber Shop. I didn't have my usual evening coffee & snack so wanted a smoothie to tide me over until dinner a couple of hours later. I opted for the Choco Mocho shake and it was served in a tall Styrofoam cup. I didn't see options for sizes and this XL size was around $7 if I remember correctly. They put a lot of good stuff into the shake but be warned that it wasn't very sweet. That was okay by me as it was a healthier option than many places that make similar smoothies. It hit the spot and I was able to hold off until dinner. Along with several shake & smoothie options, they also offer acai bowls. My shake wasn't necessarily cheap, but they give you a lot and the quality was good. I'd not hesitate to come back again.“
“I stopped by go nuts for sweets because I needed a quick gift for a last minute bday party. The lady was super sweet. She had me pick out the items I wanted and she put it all together for me and made me this basket looking so cute for the birthday girl. As I waited, I also ordered a tiramisu bubble tea. I was hesitant at first because I didn’t know how that would taste but I’m so glad I did!! The drink was super delicious girl let me tell you! I will definitely be back, and I promise if you go you’ll love it too(the kids will love u for bringing them) ? thank you for the lady who took care of me!“
“The spicy tuna sandwich (add avocado) is a sandwich I dream about. That sourdough!! What a spot!! Conveniently located on central ave. Love it. The atmosphere is great too, lots of tables to dine in at and they offer Wi-Fi a great spot to work out of on a WFH “

“Excellent food, service, and ambiance! Was in the area the other day, searched for Avocado Toast and it did not disappoint!! It was incredibly difficult to find, since the store is not labeled outside, but when I did, I went inside and the menu is updated from what is currently on Yelp. The staff were all very friendly, and accommodating. The flavors were totally unique and cannot wait to visit again!!“
“This was my first time, I just so happened to be sitting in my car across the street. I decided to try it. I had tomato bisque and a byo bowl. The soup was the absolute best. I'm serious. I should have bought more. The bowl was so good. I ate every drop of everything. I also got the strawberry basil lemonade. I'd never had this combination before, but it was so good. Not too sweet, not too sour. Just right in the middle. It was refreshing. I will definitely be back again. My bowl had chicken. No fat on the grilled chicken. I hate the fat and gristle. It was perfect. Not dry. And the sauce, it was a perfect addition.“

Opted for the Bananas, cacao nibs, and peanut butter smoothie (PB& Joe), a delightful and filling choice. The variety of breakfast items, including bagels, sandwiches, pancakes, and French toast, made it a satisfying experience.“
