“Good price. Dope little spot on 2nd and Washington. Good location. Great outdoor space. It's your basics açaí bowl. Can't really screw that up unless it isn't fresh no complaints. Service is good. Very quiet but I'm not looking for a friend just some good açaí.“
“I have been a part of the Playa Bowl Hoboken family for a few years now, and I have to say that everyone is always so incredibly accommodating. The treatment I receive is worth every dollar I spend there. There is Mari (I think that's her name) who has been working there longer than I've been going there and she's perfection. She knows what I like and what I don't. She knows my daughter and her order as well. There is a girl by the name of Chelsea, that's also amazing. The second I walk in, she's already prepping my bowl. I never have to wait and even when I do have to wait, it's such a nice atmosphere that I don't mind. Also, there is a young man that works the back sometimes (I don't know his name) that by just smiling makes me happy ... it helps that he also knows my order and makes it to perfection. Playa Bowl of Hoboken is my spot and I'm always satisfied!“
“Reallly enjoy the smoothies here. I think it was called the Amazon but it was delicious. The fruit was fresh and the combinations worked. Smoothies and juices seem to be the thing these days and Jungle Juice does it right. They also have a peanut butter milkshake that I want to try next time. Cool spot“
“What a great experience we had at this place, fantastic authentic brazilian food, very tasty and good portions. Special kudos for Dino, amazing customer experience, I wish all the restaurants in NYC could learn how to treat people like he did with us. Great job and place!“
“The açaí bowls remind me of how açaí should taste and how it used to taste before it became overly commercialized. The staff is always friendly. The space is very clean. The paninis are so good! When I work in Manhattan, I miss my Astoria location. I'm glad they moved in.“
“I work 12 hour shifts near here and I’m always soooo tired halfway through. I come here for a quick pick me up. The lady behind the counter is the absolute sweetest, drinks aside- she always lightens my mood. The açaí bowls are to die for- not mid. I’ve tried so many spots in Astoria and Vela is consistently yummy. Today. I went in for a milk tea and they ran out of boba. She went an extra mile to charge me for a medium despite me ordering a large! Soooo sweet. ??“
“The food here was AMAZING! And the atmosphere is great. Overall a wonderful place for a bite to eat! We had the Hawaiian torta and the birria burrito and both were absolutely amazing and super filling!!! Plus they had a bunch of Mexican snacks/drinks and it looks like they also have Mexican ice cream. I’m definitely coming back !“
“I decided to check this place out before work. I got the strawberry banana in a large. It was smooth and delicious. The cashier was sweet and friendly also. I will definitely be back. It is pretty cool you get points for joining on Cash app“
“Best Poke in Hoboken. Everything is so fresh and the sauces are always so good. The kale noodles are the best base by far too, worth a try. Very good price for the quality of the food. Service is quick even though the place can get very busy. Not the best seating options for dine in (more outside seating so raining days especially), so I would suggest carry out.“
