*gluten free, stay away*
I can now confirm that the gluten free bagels should absolutely not be eaten by anyone eating GF due to medical necessity.
I ordered the GF bagel back in July and was vomiting within 1 hour of eating it. I couldn’t fully confirm that the bagel was the issue that day - until now.

In Nov of 2022, I had the most AMAZING gluten-free bagels I’ve ever tasted! At first, I was afraid they had given me regular bagels! They’re THAT good! I live in Kentucky and have been DREAMING of those bagels ever since I ate the last one!
I stopped by yesterday afternoon to get some bagels for my daughter. Unfortunately they had closed 10 minutes before I got there. A gentleman came out of the store and said sorry we’re closed. You missed us by about 10 minutes. I told him I had just left a doctor’s appointment and was trying to get gluten free bagels for my daughter because she really enjoyed their bagels. DOZ Bagels of Freeport Pantano's is an absolutely amazing bagel place, with some of the freshest and most delicious bagels. The bagels are always fresh and crisp on the outside and soft in the middle. The gluten free bagels are the best ever, and customers are advised to get there early because they sell out. Breakfast sandwiches are always fast and delicious; a favorite is the Jose burrito. The coffee is fresh, and the bagels bring back memories of old days in Brooklyn. The place is maintained very well. Employees are incredibly friendly, polite, and helpful, always providing outstanding service with a smile. One new employee was incredibly polite and worked hard with a positive attitude. The staff is super family oriented, even giving kiddos free bagels, and they genuinely care if customers ate and the kids are good. Great creamed cheeses and other topping options are available. Make sure to try the eye opener.
