“relative to the Ihop chain, it's pretty good!!! i think the people giving it bad reviews are probably the people who get the ihop salmon...don't do that. it's called the home of the pancake for a reason (not home of the salmon). anyways, my waitress was very nice and fast and the jazz music was good. really added to the ambiance. my food was fast and yummy.“
“I've just celebrated my 50th at Jam on Park (they do catering in the evenings after closing to the public) and had the time of my life! BEST PARTY EVER! Noris and Mary (our servers) could not have been warmer, friendlier, or more accommodating - we were hugging them goodbye because by the end of the night, they felt like family. They made sure the place was spotless. From attending to every dietary demand (we had several vegans dining) to bartending like Olympic champions, these lovely ladies went above and beyond for me and my 32 guests. They truly gave me a party I will never forget. The food and drink were spectacular. Kudos to our wonderful chef. He even made a cauliflower entree for our plant-based eaters that was to die for. Everyone had a blast. Everyone was delighted! The place is the perfect venue for any gathering - intimate, fun, and overall, ideal! “Came to Demis place for breakfast today our first time. Cute cafe inside and great prices. Old school luncheonette vibes Had the hungry man and I wish It had sausage - next time I will add. My husband had eggs and sausage - he said very good. My son had French toast, It was great. I'd go back!“
“A brunch spot the Long Beach area needed for sure! There is nothing really like this in Long Beach yet - a place to go and get a nicer brunch with family or the girls on a weekend. Definitely a great sit down breakfast option. We had to wait for about 25 minutes on a Saturday around 10am but once we sat down service was fast and efficient. They also have the app that tells you your spot in line so we could go run some errands while we waited! I got the Delancey street omelet with no tomatoes. It was a very good omelet (a little overcooked in the eggs but pretty standard with diner food) and I got sweet potato fries and rye toast on the side which were the stars of the show! I don't normally like sweet sauce with my fries but their sauce was amazing too. My boyfriend got the domingo tacos which were a bit mushy but overall good flavor. The fresh squeezed OJ was fantastic - highly recommend and the espresso was good as well!! If you want a sweet breakfast all of their French toasts coming out looked to die for. All in all I would come back for sure. It was very busy on the weekend! Good vibe and seemed like it is the new brunch destination for a lot of the island.“
“This is an old school coffee shop in Rockville Centre. The staff are super friendly. They are known for their bacon which is delicious. We stopped in for a quick bite. Food amazing and was affordable. Their split pea soup was to die for. I'll be thinking about it all week“

“Everything I've had here has been highly enjoyable and well executed, as far as mexican goes. Just one caveat is their prices have really hit some kind of next level high, compared to other places on LI I frequent. Bar is always friendly with people to chat. “We were in the area and came here for a late breakfast. Cute looking place. Our son was upset we came here first before going to get ice cream so he was being super dramatic but no one seemed to mind his laying on the floor lol. Pancakes came out and he was up in the booth. Service was great. Food was good. Only thing was there was a hair in my omelet but these things happen. If you go out to eat constantly you just need to realize these things can happen. It's gross but I'm not gonna rant or wasn't gonna make a scene about it. Only taking off a star due to that. Good prices and hopefully that was a one time, rare thing! My hubs spotted it before me and it was after I almost finished my omelet. Our son ate his pancakes like they were going out of style so that was a good thing. I'd go back here since it was good food and it was a cool looking place.“

“It’s lovely that there’s a cafe in this building because it’s really convenient for people who are visiting and also the folks who work here, I imagine. The service is a bit slow, especially during breakfast. I think they just have a lot of orders that are called in because many people just come to pick up. The staff are always really lovely and polite. I love that they have a seating area that isn’t usually crowded.“
