“Wonderful food at Barney Greengrass- as always! Go support an excellent NYC family owned and operated restaurant with amazing food and great service. They same family has been lovingly running the place since 1908! In 2021 they have Lots of spacious outdoor dining. Super attentive waitstaff - our waterglass was never empty- and just a happy peaceful atmosphere- hard to be sad when your belly is full of delicious food made with love. Get the latkes- they are to die for! Best lox we’ve had in the city and the #9 sandwich really should be renamed the Bubbe Zayde - it’s a double decker on rye half pastrami half corned beef coleslaw and Russian dressing- tasted as amazing as it looks, and truly brought back memories noshin with my Bubbe and Zayde. Also the Blintzes are incredible“
“We went in on a Friday afternoon without a reservation and were able to sit at the bar. Both the food and the coffee were delicious. The banana bread French toast was good but rich- we split meals and shared half and half which ended up being perfect. Service was timely and the place had a cool modern atmosphere. I’d recommend making a reservation for larger parties and if you want to sit at a booth or in a chair with back support!“
“Great hole in the wall diner. If you like authentic diner food, great spot. Went there Sunday around 1pm, other restaurants in the area were packed. Waited outside for a little bit but was seated quickly. Inside only seats maybe 20, small area but friendly staff. Had the French Toast and would recommend it. Great option for brunch or breakfast would come back to try it for lunch. Great location and close to a lot of shopping. Also good diner prices for New York.Atmosphere - 5/5Food - 5/5Price - 5/5Food - 5/5“
“The food here is delicious! So much so that it was all I could think about hours after leaving the restaurant (no joke)! One of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a while. Staff members are very kind and attentive. I recommend the tomato soup and the bulgogi tacos!“
“Walked in and sat down immediately. Ordered food with in 5 minutes for 4 and was served in under 10 minutes. Food was all great service was exceptional. I would totally recommend this place and will definitely be back next time I'm in the area.“
“Mila’s Cafe is breath of fresh air in NYC and a reminder of what a joy it is to support small businesses. You can sit down or take out. It is CASH-ONLY. The food is incredible and so are the two employees; Sergio and the cashier. You can order any breakfast sandwich or platter, and the prices are truly reasonable. Sometimes there may be a line, so please be patient as there are only two people but the wait is well worth it.“
“I stopped into Fresh & Co., while I was in a hurry to attend the New York International Auto Show.I ordered a blueberry muffin to go. The delightful young lady behind the counter insisted that I eat it there, and that I needed to have it toasted.I asked how long that would take. The young lady just told me that it would be worth it. And it was.It was very refreshing in a world ? that lacks consistent customer service, to receive that type of experience. Not just a transaction.“
“Place was rad! Get the kale bowl or the chorizo. The waffle was lackluster at best. My 8 year old said it tasted like the frozen waffles we built from the grocery store. But, gosh the Chorizo dish was fantastic and the sourdough taste that came with it was spot on. My cousin who live near by and had never been before today, says he’ll be back.Next time we’re in town we’ll enjoy their quality coffee and try another signature dish.“
“We found this spot on Google after leaving the history museum, wanting to get a good hardy lunch. This place did not disappoint! Service and food were excellent! I had the pancake breakfast, my daughter had the chili, and my son in law had the cheeseburger. Everything was so tasty, filling, and satisfying. The chili really rocked! I also loved the look and vibe of the place, and we vowed to return the next time we're nearby again.“
“There was a lot going on here. Took a moment to get my bearings. One side was hot foods and made to order salads, the other side of the store was assorted sandwiches/burgers and coffee/teas. There was a lot of people working efficiently. Vibe was casual. There were some seats at the back of the store. Food and drinks were decent for a quick bite on the way somewhere.“
“Awesome breakfast spot!Delicious, friendly and good prices. We found this spot on our last two days before fly back home But picked up some bagels with Egg and bacon for the way to the airport.Coffee is hot and tasty!I hope we see us again in few years when we are back in NYC ?“
“I can only recommend the Cappuccino because I have not bought anything else in the two years I have visited. RECOMMENDATIONS: Yesterday, it was raining and set up inside the cafe was not six feet from each other (especially the tables near the door). Maybe reminding people that they can’t linger in the cafe 60-90 minutes due to Covid19. Would be a great idea. Maybe giving the sitting would best. Especially with the weather impeding.“
“It's a little pricy for what it is ($12 for a bacon egg and cheese) but overall it's delicious! The brioche is nice, and the they have great and free substitutions such as changing sauce and egg types. There isn't much service, you order yourself and they bring it to the table. The best thing about this place is the atmosphere! It's gorgeous, with lovely wall art and a great playlist of songs playing at all times.I hope when you come here, you have a good effin time!“
“I do not usually like food truck food, but the food here is soooo good. They now make these wraps that taste amazing, as well as this chicken vegetable soup. Ali is such a personable person, and he keeps the truck very clean. You definitely have to try the wraps and the soup.“
“For Breakfast, I bought French Toast and an Omelet. Most bodegas in the area don't make French Toast (a few don't know what French Toast is), so I was fortunate to discover that this place makes French Toast. There isn't much room to eat inside the place, so I think it's mostly take out orders. My food was ready relatively quickly. Approximately 5 minutes and the food itself was fine in a basic way.“
“A great restaurant! I am very satisfied with all the service and products in this store! It has my favorite taro milk tea!! Whether it's breakfast, lunch, or even dinner, this restaurant is highly recommended! The food is very diverse, the environment is very good, and the staff is very patient and thoughtful. Sincerely recommend this restaurant from the bottom of my heart.“
“The Dirty Kitchen(traditional name given by Harlemites) is a go to for breakfast, especially in the early am.They close around noon so not a lot of time but they get slammed from 5am-11:30am so come early. The place is whole in the wall but the food is excellent. Like the breakfast your grandma made back in the day. They also give free coffee with any order before 10am.“
“Uri's coffee is something you have to see to believe. There are hundreds food trailers scattered around New York City. Uri's appears to be some kind of bizzare anomaly with how uniquely busy it is. I saw no less than 4 separate door dash like services lined up here waiting to pick up the many orders the busy staff was working to fulfill in a kitchen no larger than a small truck bed. Their signature item is a breakfast burrito which comes with all kinds of bonus goodies like avocado, hot peppers, and a flavorful green salsa served on the side. I hope Uri's continues to be a huge hit, because the hard working owners deserve your money more than most. I dream to one day maybe see this as a larger truck or even a restaurant, that would warm my heart and I think feed a lot of hungry people on the upper east side.“
“I recently visited Inwood Farm and had an incredible dining experience. I ordered their hamburger and fries, accompanied by a refreshing sangria, and I must say, it was the best burger I’ve ever had! The quality of the ingredients and the preparation were top-notch.What truly set this experience apart was the outstanding service. The staff was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure my dining experience was exceptional. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and valued as a customer.I highly recommend Inwood Farm to anyone looking for delicious food and exceptional service. I can’t wait to visit again!“
“The smoothie of my dreams! No crap - this is the good stuff - had a custom peanut butter banana coffee smoothie by owner Eugenio! He's super sweet and his menu looks like an ice cream store.Skip the sugary junk - and place is open until 9 PM!Wonderful addition to Wash Hts!!“
“Been here a couple times now. Best chopped cheese Omgg. Definitely give if a try if you’re in the area . Very convenient too as it’s 24/7 & im a truck driver working overnights in the city . Many other menu items that are intriguing as “
“Kate was very hospitable, the bar is lively, well lit and just noisy enough. Great place to drop in if you're in the vicinity in Midtown. Reasonably priced and great drinks.. get the old-fashioned with skip the espresso martini. The food looks great, I didn't order anything on this visit, Will if I return.“
“Very clean & spacious deli. They offer hot meals, coffee, snacks & many more. There is ample sitting area & clean restroom. Very ideal place for everyday office people to have lunch or to have friendly meets. It’s a bit pricey so, best not to have lunch here everyday.“
“This is a great bagel shop! We got a chicken salad sandwich bagel and an everything bagel with cream cheese. We also got a DELICIOUS cinnamon spice pastry that I have unfortunately forgotten the name of but it was so good! Outdoor and indoor seating and a friendly staff!“
“Such lovely Aussie staff!! Felt like home. Came here for the highly sought after hot cross buns and was not disappointed - they were the real deal as was the coffee! Very big space and we got some takeaway food. The chorizo burrito was insanely good. Cannot wait to dine in here soon! So yum“
