It's right near Trinity place, which puts you right near the world trade center and all that and the 9/11 memorial has a lot of other things to do after you eat!. “I'm a big fan of this place. I love coming here and getting their egg wraps or a muffin. They already know me for that 😂. But they're super attentive, diligent, and very courteous. The food is always good and I've never had a problem. They also have good coffee which rules. You can also snag a delicious breakfast burrito for about $10 so especially finding a place to eat in Midtown. It's perfect.“

“Best Damn Breakfast Burrito has become one of my regular breakfast stops, and the Egg Whites Laurena is my go-to order. The flavors are great, the ingredients taste fresh, and it manages to be satisfying without feeling overly heavy. It’s the kind of breakfast I find myself coming back for again and again.

My only complaint is structural rather than culinary. The tortilla simply doesn’t do a good enough job containing the filling. Every time I order it, the contents start leaking out almost immediately, making it nearly impossible to eat without creating a mess. A sturdier wrap or a slightly different assembly would make a huge difference.

Despite that, the quality of the food keeps me coming back. If they could solve the burrito engineering problem, it would be very close to perfect.“

“I tried their avacado and chicken, it was delicous and very healthy and the price was great, the only downside is that the portion of food was small, but it was packed with protein and kept me full. The food was fresh, and came in a little bowl. Friendly customer service as well.“

“Texas Star serves really good breakfast options. I always order scrambled eggs, potatoes, bacon, and sausage (hot sausage, pork links, or patties). Breakfast is always served fresh and made to order. The bacon and sausage are bursting with flavor. The omelettes and sunny side up eggs are also tasty. The portions are very filling, I usually have leftovers that warm up well for the next day. The staff are consistently professional. The food tastes like it's home cooked and saves me from cooking when I'm not up to it. I highly recommend for breakfast.“

“Came to Inwood for a couple of months this summer, and was delighted to stumbled upon this amazing neighborhood gem. It’s a hub! Coffee, pastries, reading, laptops, people coming together to chat, brunch, lunch, dinner, drinks, late night laptop jam sessions, kids playing games. And the best part, they LOVE dogs. It’s so nice to have a place you can come into on your walk with your dog. They have a water station and a big barrel of free dog treats. Plenty of outdoor seating and cafe seating with tables and bench seating in the back. The dining room is also comfortable with lots of options, plus its stroller and wheelchair accessible! Can’t forget the service, the coffee gala are AMAZING. Lenny is incredibly talented and kind and efficient. They all as so personable and friendly.“

“amazing neighbourhood diner restaurant! got the huevos divorciados and it was delicious. the salsa verde which flooded the plate had the rare, perfect amount of acidity. the fruit pancakes deluxe with sunny side up eggs and sausage were also equally perfect in each component, with a special shoutout to the sausage (crispy skin! piping hot!) and hotcakes that had all the comfort of a childhood homemade breakfast. the servers were kind and warm, and the environment is cosy without being cramped. absolutely absolutely will be returning in short order.“

This business is by far top notch as the quality of the food is top tier and the service is immaculate! They have several locations in NYC; including one directly across from my home. I usually order the same delicious meal which is the Western omelette served with home fries and toast. The food is always fresh and the chef never fails! Sergio is extremely warm, friendly and welcoming. He always makes my omelette to my liking and has such an amazing energy! Their menu has a variety of healthy food including for folks that are mainly vegetarian. There is some for everyone basically! Let’s not even talk about the unbeatable price point! Quality food at such an affordable price considering the high cost of living in New York. I more recently had the pleasure to meet Arthuro the owner. He is very professional, upbeat personality and totally awesome at what he does! “Wanting to take my daughter for a special treat whilst in New York for a few days we booked afternoon tea in the Pembroke Room at the Lowell Hotel after knocking back the Plaza after reading a few dodgy reviews. So pleased we did as we spent over 2 hours enjoying every moment. The service was excellent as was the food, especially the warm scones. It’s a shame the cream was “Devonshire” rather than the traditional Clotted Cornish but other than that it was perfection. Lovely small intimate setting too where we felt our custom was welcome rather than feeling just a number as we were one of just 3 tables there. Would we return? Absolutely!“
