“The food and service is always on point. I live in Brooklyn but love to stop here whenever I’m in the city or when I’m showing visitors around. I’ve had the avocado toast, the rueben benedict (a must), salmon benedict and the ranchero (brisket dish) and it all hits!! I have yet to try the lunch menu but it’s just the perfect breakfast spot. Coffee is always great too. Just consistently good food and such warm friendly service.“

“Came here for breakfast and was served by the lovely Donnette. She worked our side the WHOLE time my boyfriend and I came here to eat by time we left. Food was yummy and hot, I had the Southwest Chicken Burrito with a side of buttermilk pancakes and a hot coffee. Vibes were chill and quiet, and Donnette was quick while serving over 8 tables at a time which. Well deserving of praise and well tip. Will come again.“

“The food was excellent. (Grilled sausage skillet and skillet pancake) The coffee was ok but I'm more of an espresso drinker so all the regular coffee seems a little weak. The waitresses were very nice and we didn't have a long wait despite getting there at the busy time (11ish am)

“After dropping off our daughter at school this morning the wife wanted to stop at a nice place for a quick bite that didn't have that quick bite feeling, we landed on the Main Street gem known as Cafe Vista. This cozy, delightfully sunny, positive energy vibe Cafe offers all day dining items, made to order, a very innovative beverage selection, sultry and sweet dessert delights and a classy/ calm music selection while you dine. I strongly recommend the Bacon Egg and Cheese sandwich on an Everything Bagel. Warm fluffy eggs , melted cheddar made with honey ham chunks overflowing on a toasted bagel. Also the mushroom spinach and mozzerella omelet paired with a delightful morning salad medley. For dessert we had the rasberry brownie and a cheese blueberry Danish. For beverages in old school (coffee light and sweet) which came in a elegantly styled oversized mug and the wife had the BLUE LAVENDER MATCHA TEA (highly recommended by us both). The presentation, flavor and overall vibe of our visit turned our quick bite into an over hour stay. We were very pleased and humbled to be served and attended to by Cafe Vista OWNER Balsayat, thank you for making our breakfast special this morning, it was great chatting with you, lovely tranquil, and serene establishment you have here.“

“From the moment we walked past this place, we could SMELL how special it was… the alluring aroma was hard to stay away from. On a whim, we walked in and were warmly greeted by staff and invited to sit quite promptly despite being so busy. First impression: great!

Service was excellent, and ambiance was very warm. But the food… the food was the star of this place. If you ever pass by this place, PLEASE do yourselves the favor and try the banana oatmeal. It is a perfect treat to end your meal as a pseudo dessert. Anything from this menu will tantalize your tastebuds in a way that will keep you coming back for more.

My only issue is that on Aug 12 2025 I ordered my usually breakfast sandwiches and instead of telling me they ran out of eggs they sold me the sandwiches at full price and yea beef bacon cheese on a roll with jelly does not hit the same without eggs. I didn't hold it against them and I came in today Aug 13 and me not even asking for anything free or any favors started to inform the woman at the counter what happened and she just cut me off mid sentence and asked for my order she clearly did not care. “Our family had a great experience at this WTC location. We went for brunch to celebrate our son’s birthday. He has a lot of food allergies so we don’t typically get to eat out, but Fogo is one of the few restaurants that he can eat at safely.Out of all the times we’ve eaten at Fogo de Chao in different cities, this was our favorite experience. Pablo, our waiter, was so friendly, accommodating, and helpful. He made sure to speak with the chef regarding our allergies and made us feel very comfortable with the items he brought out from the kitchen, so my son could avoid cross contact. He checked on us throughout and was quick to notice when we needed a refill or anything else. His recommendation to try the grilled pineapple was spot on! Kevin, our meat server, was also incredible. “What a little hidden gem! From out of town, I needed a quick breakfast bite. Randomly found this place on Google. First off, their ice coffee uses ice coffee cubes?!? Good coffee with the same good coffee ice was such a pleasant surprise. For that alone, I will come back for their ice coffees when I'm back in the area.. Egg/potatoes were also good. Coffee, as always, played an important role. It was rich, warm, and exactly what you expect from a classic breakfast spot, with refills keeping the table going.

Service, however, was a bit of a different story. Visiting on Palm Sunday, the restaurant was noticeably busier than usual, which seemed to impact the overall experience. While the staff remained polite, service was slower and less attentive than one might hope. It’s understandable given the holiday crowd, but it did take away slightly from an otherwise enjoyable meal.

What stands out most about IHOP is its consistency. It doesn’t try to reinvent breakfast—it simply delivers it. Even on a busy holiday, the food held its standard, which says a lot.

IHOP may not be a culinary revelation, but it remains a reliable go-to for comfort food and familiar flavors—just perhaps not at peak holiday hours.
