“I’ve been eating here for almost 10 years. The food is OUT OF THIS WORLD. People use the word butter milk pancakes loosely. Theirs really taste like butter milk. Everything is good. Same chef for years. My only complaint is, They never open on time, they’ve actually been closed for a while with no notice. Shame because me and my girlfriend are from out of town and waited outside for almost 2 hours. If they correct punctuality, I would give it five out of five stars because the food is phenomenal.“

“We sat down immediately but it took about 10min for anyone to come over. It seemed they didn't know what server had next. The server we had must of been new. Nice kid but better training needed for sure. I ordered a byo omelet with tomatoes and spinach with jack and cheddar cheese and avocado. My omelet was saturated with both... not even enough cheese. My omelet was green. Lol its suppose to be a great mixture. I didnt finish it. The avacado should have been sliced not a full half. Pancakes are ok. IHOP is a chain that been around for years. I know they franchise but they definitely need to keep the same taste throughout all locations. Franchise police need to make sure they are keeping a good name with the brand. I wouldn't go back here again.“
