“I’ve been eating here for almost 10 years. The food is OUT OF THIS WORLD. People use the word butter milk pancakes loosely. Theirs really taste like butter milk. Everything is good. Same chef for years. My only complaint is, They never open on time, they’ve actually been closed for a while with no notice. Shame because me and my girlfriend are from out of town and waited outside for almost 2 hours. If they correct punctuality, I would give it five out of five stars because the food is phenomenal.“
“The food is good, the service to. the place is not that busy, which makes it great. The only reason I've given food 4 stars is because the day that I ordered a steak(medium), it was rear, and when I sent it back and came back, it was still rear. Hopefully, next time is better.“

I have to write, I've mostly had good experiences.Most of the staff showed interest in customers' needs and have been mostly very attentive to making conversations in asking if all is well. I've also experienced staff with the look of not wanting to be there working.Food has been good, and it's my main reason why I've come back a few times. It's been a good experience, so why should I not come back?I'll recommend it, so you can give it a try yourself.Parking: Parking is available, but I've also come on busier than normal days, and you may need to wait for a spot or check for street parking.Kid-friendliness: What parent is not going to take the little ones out for pancakes? lol ? “We came in today for a special treat and boy, did we get one! We had the pleasure of sitting in Tati’s section this morning. Our food arrived timely and well-prepared. We were given hot water for our silverware immediately. As always, the catfish from off the soul food menu was hittin. Tati was super attentive to our needs. Great service and food.“
“The food here is really good but idk if it's worth coming on a day where the line is long so come early and on a week day lol. We waited almost two hours to be seated. When the food arrived it was delicious from start to finish. The Mac and cheese is a must order and had such great flavor. The service was great and staff were super friendly.“
