“Every time I wanted to go on the weekends the line is long so I decided to go on a Friday morning and it was packed. I decided to go in and was told that I can sit and eat at the bar & I’m glad I did! I was never a fan of pancakes because I didn’t like the smell of syrup. I ordered corned beef hash with scrambled eggs, home fries and a small stack of pancakes. The corned beef hash was amazing, the best I ever had. I didn’t like the home fries because I thought they were too bland but will try them again the next time I go. Now onto the pancakes and the syrup, I’m a fan now! The pancakes and syrup were absolutely delicious! I encourage everyone to try this place. New Jerseyans get a bad rap about our “attitudes” so I wonder if ALL the employees were from the South! Freddy, our server, was very pleasant and kept checking on us to see if everything was alright or if we needed anything. “Visited here recently with my wife and kids for lunch and was very pleasantly surprised. The place has a great atmosphere, with lots of natural light from the skylights in the center part of the room. I tried the cinnamon roll pancakes, which were outstanding. Tasted just like the Pillsbury cinnamon buns we sometimes make for breakfast in the morning on the weekends. Excellent! My family tried several other varieties of pancakes and all of them were also equally as good. I've only been here one time, but my understanding is there is typically a long wait during the busiest times. There is parking located directly behind the building, both in a private lot that is attached to this business and one other as well as a municipal lot sitting right next to it. The municipal lot is very affordable, with parking costing $1 for 2 hours.“
