Entered a cooking contest at the Staten Island Fig Festival where the top of an everything bagel is the stage where my homemade fig cream cheese and fig leaf syrup infused whipped cream is featured. The staff went out of their way to assist and even individually wrapped the bagels to maintain the freshness as much as possible.
