The food was delicious!!!
My wife and I moved to OHIO 12-years ago from SI. Besides family, you miss all the things that make us Italian. Staten Island water, bagels, pizza and great Italian food. During our recent vacation weekend we Googled restaurants and up popped Casa Nova. BEST MEAL & Service EVER! At 70 years-young, my wife & I know great food and service. Delicious food and an unbelievable bread basket—truly top-tier. The ambiance is wonderful and feels like a nostalgic slice of the classic Staten Island I grew up in. My only wish is that they’d play a little soft background music, ideally some Rat Pack classics, to tie it all together.

The decor adds to the coziness of the small restaurant while the service provides an upscale and classy experience. It is one of the favorite neighborhood spots, offering the best bread basket in town. The food is delicious, with options like the eggplant rollatine and a $40 prefix menu during the week. The large cocktail menu and great desserts are complemented by entertainment, including karaoke with a fantastic host. The wait staff goes above and beyond, with service that is attentive, very friendly, and personable. Prices are reasonable, parking is easy, and the atmosphere is nice. Highly recommend trying this place out.
