I have been here a couple of times that it's very frustrating..... You can stand there for twenty minutes and nobody will even give you a seat... Then you sit at your table for half an hour without a menu.
Constantly getting ignored by the staff even when it's not busy.
It's a nice location good food... But severely severely let down by the service.
I've decided that enough is enough I will not go back here.

My wife and I moved to OHIO 12-years ago from SI. Besides family, you miss all the things that make us Italian. Staten Island water, bagels, pizza and great Italian food. During our recent vacation weekend we Googled restaurants and up popped Casa Nova. BEST MEAL & Service EVER! At 70 years-young, my wife & I know great food and service.
