Above and beyond any expectations. Wanted to have some 7 layer cookies delivered to my house. It was for my sister's 50th birthday. By the way, I live in Tampa Florida. I'm originally from Staten Island and was a regular customer. The ladies that helped me were wonderful. Please forgive me but I can't remember their names right now. I had my baby shower cake made this past Sunday by mother mousse on victory boulevard and it came out absolutely stunning. Laurie helped us and did such an amazing job listening to what i wanted for my baby shower cake. She had so much patience with my indecisiveness, She was so kind & sweet! Their cake artist is extremely talented, high highly recommend Thank you so much guys!

After buying a cake recently, which was delicious, I regret to say that I will no longer be returning to this Bakery or recommending it to others due to the unacceptable customer service. The staff's rude and unprofessional behavior is something that I cannot overlook when I am investing my hard-earned money, especially with the many other competing bakeries on the Island.
