Texas Star serves really good breakfast options. I always order scrambled eggs, potatoes, bacon, and sausage (hot sausage, pork links, or patties). Breakfast is always served fresh and made to order. The bacon and sausage are bursting with flavor. The omelettes and sunny side up eggs are also tasty. The portions are very filling, I usually have leftovers that warm up well for the next day. I used to live in Harlem over 20 years ago and when I was living there I would always get their breakfast especially their egg cheese and grits for a bacon egg and cheese. I live in the Bronx now but every time I go to that area I stop there and always get something to eat as I'm about to do in a couple of minutes LOL.
