The food was fresh, hot, and prepared exactly the way I ordered it. The restaurant was clean, and the staff was friendly and professional throughout my visit.

Bathroom was filthy. Someone went in made the effort to put a wet floor sign but not to clean it. It was full of toilet paper all over the floor. The service was sooooooooooooooooo slow. There was a language barrier with the person taking the orders therefore they couldnt process the order fast enough. No line at the drive through only three people on line at the location and it still took forever. An Uber driver got tired of waiting and canceled delivery pick up.

Some customers appreciate the consistency and value, and enjoy additional items like onion rings. The food is really good and the service is amazing. However, some customers have experienced inconvenience with accessing the toilet facilities, as the bathroom was really dirty and uncomfortable to use, with no paper and a wet floor. Some customers feel this area is sketchy and not safe for kids. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible.
