“The food was fresh, hot, and prepared exactly the way I ordered it. The restaurant was clean, and the staff was friendly and professional throughout my visit.
A special thank you to Assistant Manager Jonathan, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. He was courteous, attentive, and clearly cares about providing excellent customer service. It’s always nice to see management that takes pride in their work and treats customers with respect.

“Best hamburger hotdog place that serves great beer near Hosfstra University. Every time I go with my wife to visit our son who is at Hofstra despite trying to go to different venues to grab a bite before we head back to Jersey. We always end up at black label because the food is so good, the service is great the people are very friendly and the service is quick. If you’re in Hempstead or Westbury and looking for a good burger, good hotdog in a simple atmosphere black label is my first choice.“

“So happy to find a place near us that offers Gluten Free options for breaded chicken and French fries!! As the parent of a child with celiac it's amazing to find a place that is aware of cross contamination and has a dedicated GF fryer!“

“The workers in the front Daniel and James were incredibly kind and helpful to me and my wife, so I definitely will be coming back! The food takes a while to come out every time I come here though, and the fries sometimes have an oily aftertaste, but apart from that everything is good.“
