“One of the few meals my family can all agree on. I could eat this every day. The regular philly with cheese wiz is amazing. After trying Pat and Gino’s in Philadelphia, and then others, I was convinced that I did not like cheese wiz on my Philly. I was wrong, hands down this is the best. Cost unfortunately remains the only barrier; over $70 to feed a family of four for lunch is a bit much. $50-60 is my top price point for a fun meal from out.“

Every time I go with my wife to visit our son who is at Hofstra despite trying to go to different venues to grab a bite before we head back to Jersey. We always end up at black label because the food is so good, the service is great the people are very friendly and the service is quick. If you’re in Hempstead or Westbury and looking for a good burger, good hotdog in a simple atmosphere black label is my first choice.“

The Truffle Fries were seasoned beautifully! Easily one of the most satisfying meals I’ve had in a long time. Excellent portions! “GOLDEN K BURGERS has a good rating. The burgers are solid, though a little pricey and they did not have their signature Bulgogi Burger. The vanilla shake was solid, and the chicken wings were awesome. All the burgers were well-flavored and had a juicy patty. The server was friendly, but the narrow little restaurant looked a little sad, we thought there would be more people instead of being the only customers. I would go again, however. The lunch menu prices are worth it, and the happy hour from 4pm to 8pm seem worth it, too.“

“This place has decent smash burger compared to the competitors around bayside, flushing, and fresh meadows.

The only critique I have is the double smash burger could be less salty and the burger is a bit dry on the inside (but too dry to the point it makes you want to drink water). Also the wait was a bit long (30min)“

They even have combo meals for certain items like the hot dog combo which was amazing, it came with hot dog, fries and a soda! It’s sanitary compared to other places. Definitely 10/10 recommendation. “I’ve been ordering delivery from Chicken is Back for quite some time, and I can tell you that the fried chicken is actually crispy and juicy.

You must get the white garlic sauce if you’re a garlic lover like me. It’s so creamy and good! The spicy original is also really good if you like a little kick. My only complaint is that they put the sauce in such a tiny container, and it’s definitely not enough…

Although they’re known for their fried chicken, don’t sleep on the grilled chicken. It’s a healthier option, but it’s still incredibly juicy and flavorful. Honestly, it surprised me how good it was! As for the crispy batter fries, they’re OK, but honestly, kind of meh.

I do think it’s a little pricey, but I’d say it’s worth trying. Definitely recommend!“

Arriving for a movie 90 minutes early gave us time to find a place to eat. I had reviewed the few options and Burger Villages natural menu seemed like a great choice. We were greeted (by one of the owners) and promptly met with a smiling server. Drinks, yes. Natural coke, iced tea. Then dinner. One turkey burger with sweet potato fries and one specialty burger with their house sauce and my favorite waffle fries. Both arrived hot and the burger juicy. Both cooked exactly as requested. My medium rare was perfect. Unfortunately, I didn’t anticipate the “heat” or spice of the sauce. Pria, the owner asked if everything was okay. This was a good sign. I mentioned the heat and she insisted on remaking the burger without the sauce asap. She said - “I want you to have a great experience “ wow - in all my years of coaching hospitality professionals I rarely saw this level of care and concern flow so organically. “I stopped by “That No Good Burger Joint” for lunch yesterday and extremely surprised at the customer service and the menu filled with options. I ordered a triple smash cheeseburger with the fries and washed it all down with 2 flat tires. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to friend and family and would plan to go back soon. The burger was cooked to perfection and the fries were just right. The server was extremely attentive and made sure my and my cousin were well taken care. I would give this restaurant a 10/10 no question.“

I ordered the mild spicy crispy chicken sandwich and it was fantastic, super crispy on the outside, juicy inside, and just the right amount of heat. The flavor was bold but balanced, making it one of the best chicken sandwiches I’ve had in a while. The fries were freshly seasoned, hot, and crispy also not your average side! “Went in for breakfast. Our server was decent. Walked away as I was finishing telling him my order, which came out ICE COLD & WRONG!!!! I requested a ham, COOKED/SAUTÉED ONION & American cheese omelet, fries and RYE toast with crispy bacon. My omelet was well done, the onions RAW, fries were ice cold my bacon was not cooked and not there had to tell the runner, and my toast was marble. All this for OVER &50.00!!! The server came by, we were basically finished. Asked how everything was. How would he or the runner know our order. Neither one looked at the order. NEVER AGAIN!!!“

“The Texas Ranger restaurant has a wonderful pedigree having been moved to its current location from its former location on the Nautical mile, a restaurant which is now called Rachel's. In the early 80s, my wife and her sister worked as waitresses there and remember the goodness of the food 45 years later. From what I understand, the new owners bought the name and the original recipes for the classic dishes for which the original Ranger was known. Forty-five years later, my wife says the recipes remain true to the original and are definitely worth a visit and revisit.“
