“This feedback is about bagel breakfast, even though the place is about a ‘a whole lot more’, as the branding suggests.
Ironically, we discovered them just 23 days shy of closure (hopefully at this location, and they are able to relocate nearby). Locational uniqueness with access from opposite sides of the property, feeding two avenues (Hillside & Marcus), will be lost even if Bagel…… is able to relocate elsewhere.
One of the very few establishments where customizations are documented and bagel order form is tucked into the wrapper to eliminate any misplaced misgivings about order fulfillment errors.
Observed that Staff is on first name terms with regulars (there appeared to be so many) and vice versa. It was here, that I discovered that patrons point to specific ‘well done’ bagel, they would want! What’s more, it was pleasant comfort that they take feedback in positive light.
The standout is cinnamon bagel with lightly sweetened cinnamon-raisin-walnut cream cheese, in consistency and flavor - beyond compare.
They have everything going for them, excepting the lease, which ends on 20-Sep-2026.
Final word of appreciation: even so close to closure date, they are not in winding down mode and a peek into the tip jar is enough to fathom the neighborhood love coming their way.“

“The best bagel spot in Long Island by far. Everyone there is so nice, the place is always super clean, and it smells AMAZING the second you walk in. You can tell all of their food is fresh because everything tastes incredible every single time. The staff are so friendly and genuinely great people. The minute I walk in, they already know exactly what I ordered.

“La Pizzeria & Bagel in Valley Stream is a fantastic neighborhood spot! Their bagels are fresh and perfectly bakek. The pizza is always tasty, and they also serve excellent pasta dishes and hearty, flavorful soups that are perfect for a cozy meal. The variety on the menu means there’s something for everyone. “I was passing by 495 Service Rd during lunchtime today and decided to try out the chopped cheese sandwich since they are my favorite and it was truly amazing! I watched them make and I could tell it was prepared cleanly and with great care. The owner was kind and left a wonderful impression on me. The price was great, so I think I’ll be coming back here often.“

“I didn't know, is there a legit 'bagel club?' Found this spot via google maps and thought to give it a try while waiting for my nearby coffee shop to open. Today, before 8am the place was quiet. Only one other customer, who was engaged in a conversation with the guy behind the counter. The shop is spacious and the fact that it wasnt busy and the food items for sale were very spread out, made the place seem very big, too big for the amount of business seen and lack of table seating. It was clean though. Customer service was ok. Straight forward.
I went with the sunflower seed (flat) bagel. Not a usual bagel flavor of other bagel shops. It is actually very good. A lot of seeds. If you like sunflower seeds, go for it. I guess it is flat to accomodate all the seeds.
I also grabbed two pumperknickel and one everything toasted with cream cheese.
The everything wasnt toasted enough for my liking. There was a decent amount of creme cheese.
Overall the vibe was off, very quiet for a weekday morning. Maybe they are more of a mid-day lunch spot. They had everything a bagel shop typically has e.g. cream cheese flavors. But not heaping amounts of each compared to City locations which anticipate much more business. While it is a decent place, i wont pick this club over others if I had to choose.“

“I have been coming to Bagelville for a while and they never disappoint. Their bacon, egg and cheese sandwiches are so delicious. They know how I like my eggs and not once have they messed up my order. Their burgers are so juicy and their fries are crispy, not burnt or over cooked, just perfect. Their egg salad is fresh and also delicious. Bagels and rolls are also fresh daily. Not once have I ever had any issue with their food. The cook does an amazing job and the guys in the front are so friendly and always have a smile on their face. I wanted to try their new ice latte and the caramel and chocolate ones taste so good. Another thing is that the place is always clean and tidy. They have an excellent menu for breakfast and lunch. You can’t go wrong coming to this place. It’s amazing.“

“I love this place but please if you guys see this review, my wife and I love your bagels but my wife just got diagnosed with Celiac which means she can't have anything with gluten anymore, if you guys can come up with a gluten free bagel option so that she can have her nova sandwich that will be great! You might already have the option but we just don't know about it so please if you see this review reply and let us know. My wife and I love the Nova sandwiches with the pickles and potato salad on the side, I have told all my clients about you guys, everytime someone asks what's a good bagel place that I know I brag about you guys. I have sent more than 12 people to your place the last 4 months! I will keep doing so but please look into gluten free options if you don't already have them!! Thanks guys!

“I walked in, and there was an older gentleman who was upset, feeling that he was purposely being overlooked. Two of the managers, who I assumed were managers, came out. They tried their best to console him. I could see in their faces that they were even more upset that he felt this way. I was there yesterday (July 13) and ordered several of their delicious sandwiches, a Cubano to die for, and my beet and goat cheese salad!
You are the best deli artisan sandwich establishment I have ever been to. I’ve had some sandwiches, but your sandwiches, all the combos, and salad are amazing.
Oh yeah, and your extra-large muffins and everything—oh my God, this is fantastic. Your place is tremendous.

Alexis and her team are a good staple in our community, they remember names, they remember orders & if there’s ever a mistake they are quick to remedy it. Once, our order got switched with someone else’s and the next day, their team surprised me with our usual order on the house due to it. It was truly not expected and kindly appreciated. It is nice moving back to Queens from Brooklyn, and see them in action. We love our bagels and they can make a mean breakfast sandwich to boot! They have my business and hopefully they can carry some nice flavored vegan cream cheese options for my non dairy needs :)“
