Hey I been getting bagels from here for years, they are very good, this was first time I got a hungry man and I was just totally amused by the misrepresented menu item and more so when I called and they like yeah we get the all the time.

“The best bagel spot in Long Island by far. Everyone there is so nice, the place is always super clean, and it smells AMAZING the second you walk in. You can tell all of their food is fresh because everything tastes incredible every single time. The staff are so friendly and genuinely great people. The minute I walk in, they already know exactly what I ordered.

“I didn't know, is there a legit 'bagel club?' Found this spot via google maps and thought to give it a try while waiting for my nearby coffee shop to open. Today, before 8am the place was quiet. Only one other customer, who was engaged in a conversation with the guy behind the counter. The shop is spacious and the fact that it wasnt busy and the food items for sale were very spread out, made the place seem very big, too big for the amount of business seen and lack of table seating. It was clean though. Customer service was ok. Straight forward.
I went with the sunflower seed (flat) bagel. Not a usual bagel flavor of other bagel shops. It is actually very good. A lot of seeds. If you like sunflower seeds, go for it. I guess it is flat to accomodate all the seeds.
I also grabbed two pumperknickel and one everything toasted with cream cheese.
The everything wasnt toasted enough for my liking. There was a decent amount of creme cheese.
Overall the vibe was off, very quiet for a weekday morning. Maybe they are more of a mid-day lunch spot. They had everything a bagel shop typically has e.g. cream cheese flavors. But not heaping amounts of each compared to City locations which anticipate much more business. While it is a decent place, i wont pick this club over others if I had to choose.“

“I was passing by 495 Service Rd during lunchtime today and decided to try out the chopped cheese sandwich since they are my favorite and it was truly amazing! I watched them make and I could tell it was prepared cleanly and with great care. The owner was kind and left a wonderful impression on me. “Whenever I'm in Merrick, which is usually two or three times a month, I always stop at Bagelman of Merrick. They have the best bacon and egg sandwiches and their tuna and chicken salads are always a welcome sight back home. Their bagels are always fresh and flavorful no matter what variety I get. I've come to know the owner, Boris, and his staff, and they are always most helpful. Looking forward to my next trip to Merrick.“

“I love this place but please if you guys see this review, my wife and I love your bagels but my wife just got diagnosed with Celiac which means she can't have anything with gluten anymore, if you guys can come up with a gluten free bagel option so that she can have her nova sandwich that will be great! You might already have the option but we just don't know about it so please if you see this review reply and let us know. My wife and I love the Nova sandwiches with the pickles and potato salad on the side, I have told all my clients about you guys, everytime someone asks what's a good bagel place that I know I brag about you guys. “I have been going to this place Dr Bagel in Hicksville New Yorkfor almost a year, and I love this place. Very quick and friendly services. Quality of products they sale and make are of great Quality. Even if it’s busy in the morning time, we are in an out in less than 5 to 10 minutes.

This business was closed 5:15am. I never seen them closed before. Very unusual.

Best bagels I ever had, very fresh. Sometimes the cream cheese on bagel order is a Lil cheap but it depends who is working . Sometimes you get a smear and sometimes you get what you pay for. Other then that they are good place to eat. It also has additional menu options besides bagels. Sandwiches & grill.“

Their get a dozen + 3 free deal is pretty solid, a great go-to for work functions, but I find their cream cheese to be a bit over priced. Still, I’ve always had a consistently wonderful experience with Manhasset Bagels.“

“Empire Bagels is an amazing spot. The menu is always solid, the food is always fresh, and the staff is genuinely friendly. Management is doing a great job, and you can feel it the second you walk in.
They handled catering for our FDNY Medal Day this year and went above and beyond taking care of the brothers. That kind of care for the people they serve is rare. I come all the way from the Bronx for these bagels and it is worth every mile.“

Alexis and her team are a good staple in our community, they remember names, they remember orders & if there’s ever a mistake they are quick to remedy it. Once, our order got switched with someone else’s and the next day, their team surprised me with our usual order on the house due to it. It was truly not expected and kindly appreciated. It is nice moving back to Queens from Brooklyn, and see them in action. We love our bagels and they can make a mean breakfast sandwich to boot! “Good bagel shop here. $9 for a BEC which is pretty standard. Friendly staff and a clean establishment. The bagels are very fluffy, it’s almost like eating a loaf of bread which is a bit too fluffy for me. Full menu of sandwiches and different spreads and meats available.“

“i got the chicken cutlet cup bap. it was good. The japchae was great and the kimchi wasn't too strong, but the chicken was a little bit burnt and the rice lacked salt. Otherwise, nice place, friendly staff, and reasonable prices. But the cups are 13 dollars, not 12 as it says in the store or $15 like on here.“

I love their customer service, they answer their phone, and they answer my questions on Facebook. I will be using them again, and again. I love everything about them so far.
