“The food is definitely good. They make great bagels. They could use more onion and garlic pieces on their bagels but the bagels are definitely really good. My only problem with this place is the prices. $10 for 6 bagels is too much. I don’t understand how bagels went up so dramatically. $1.66 per bagel?
Plain with nothing on it? Too much. Keep the prices lower and you will sell more. Guaranteed. If the prices were lower, I would stop in there every time I drove by that place.
I very rarely buy sandwiches since all the shops have gotten out of hand with their prices. Not worth it.“

“I didn't know, is there a legit 'bagel club?' Found this spot via google maps and thought to give it a try while waiting for my nearby coffee shop to open. Today, before 8am the place was quiet. Only one other customer, who was engaged in a conversation with the guy behind the counter. The shop is spacious and the fact that it wasnt busy and the food items for sale were very spread out, made the place seem very big, too big for the amount of business seen and lack of table seating. It was clean though. Customer service was ok. Straight forward.
I went with the sunflower seed (flat) bagel. Not a usual bagel flavor of other bagel shops. It is actually very good. A lot of seeds. If you like sunflower seeds, go for it. I guess it is flat to accomodate all the seeds.
I also grabbed two pumperknickel and one everything toasted with cream cheese.
The everything wasnt toasted enough for my liking. There was a decent amount of creme cheese.
Overall the vibe was off, very quiet for a weekday morning. Maybe they are more of a mid-day lunch spot. They had everything a bagel shop typically has e.g. cream cheese flavors. But not heaping amounts of each compared to City locations which anticipate much more business. While it is a decent place, i wont pick this club over others if I had to choose.“

“La Pizzeria & Bagel in Valley Stream is a fantastic neighborhood spot! Their bagels are fresh and perfectly bakek. The pizza is always tasty, and they also serve excellent pasta dishes and hearty, flavorful soups that are perfect for a cozy meal. The variety on the menu means there’s something for everyone. The staff is friendly, and service is consistently fast and welcoming. A great go-to for breakfast, lunch, or dinner!“

“Incredible first experience here this morning, had been waiting for them to open and was driving by and saw a line formed outside this Sunday morning. What looked like a long line was quickly dispersed, service was great, bagels were even better. 6 fresh bagels came out piping hot they were incredible, ordered a side of the roasted shallot butter also great especially on the everything bagel, no need to get bagels anywhere else.“

“Best BEC ever! (Bacon egg and cheese) the food is fresh. The eggs are like my grandmother used to make. Everytime i walk in there i feel welcomed in. My friend and i get 2 BEC everyday from this place and its part of our friendship. Dont sleep on this place just because its after the exit on the highway. Which is incredibly convenient u can just hop on either side . Like 35 seconds away. Highly reccomend this place. Theres always parking and u can call and order ahead. Good energy good food. “I love this place but please if you guys see this review, my wife and I love your bagels but my wife just got diagnosed with Celiac which means she can't have anything with gluten anymore, if you guys can come up with a gluten free bagel option so that she can have her nova sandwich that will be great! You might already have the option but we just don't know about it so please if you see this review reply and let us know. My wife and I love the Nova sandwiches with the pickles and potato salad on the side, I have told all my clients about you guys, everytime someone asks what's a good bagel place that I know I brag about you guys. I have sent more than 12 people to your place the last 4 months! I will keep doing so but please look into gluten free options if you don't already have them!! Thanks guys!

“Whenever I'm in Merrick, which is usually two or three times a month, I always stop at Bagelman of Merrick. They have the best bacon and egg sandwiches and their tuna and chicken salads are always a welcome sight back home. Their bagels are always fresh and flavorful no matter what variety I get. I've come to know the owner, Boris, and his staff, and they are always most helpful. Looking forward to my next trip to Merrick.“

“I grew up on Long Island, then lived in Queens for years, worked in all 5 boroughs, and moved back. I’ve tried bagels from almost everywhere anyone has recommended - nothing tops a real LI bagel! We stopped in here yesterday morning and had some of the BEST bagels I’ve had in a long time. The cream cheese flavors were fun and new and we got to sample a couple before making our choices. They tasted like they were made with intention and care and not just chunky ingredients mixed together like a lot of the other places around here. The woman behind the counter was so friendly and clearly loves her job. If she’s the owner, she loves her store and it shows! The jalepeno cherry pepper cream cheese was phenomenal and the brownie batter cream cheese on a french toast bagel was actually insane. My family found our new go-to spot! Highly recommend!“

Best bagels I ever had, very fresh. Sometimes the cream cheese on bagel order is a Lil cheap but it depends who is working . Sometimes you get a smear and sometimes you get what you pay for. Other then that they are good place to eat. It also has additional menu options besides bagels. Sandwiches & grill.“

“One of the top bagel locations not just on Long Island but in all of New York. Doughy, warm, and really tasty bagels. Their get a dozen + 3 free deal is pretty solid, a great go-to for work functions, but I find their cream cheese to be a bit over priced. Still, I’ve always had a consistently wonderful experience with Manhasset Bagels.“

“Good bagel shop here. $9 for a BEC which is pretty standard. Friendly staff and a clean establishment. The bagels are very fluffy, it’s almost like eating a loaf of bread which is a bit too fluffy for me. Full menu of sandwiches and different spreads and meats available.“

He is an animal lover that also takes care of feral cats in his backyard. Cliff offered us complimentary food and coffee just for talking and helping him. “i got the chicken cutlet cup bap. it was good. The japchae was great and the kimchi wasn't too strong, but the chicken was a little bit burnt and the rice lacked salt. Otherwise, nice place, friendly staff, and reasonable prices. But the cups are 13 dollars, not 12 as it says in the store or $15 like on here.“
