“Amazing experience! I picked up a Too Good To Go bag and was pleasantly surprised by how much we received — 21 bagels! 🥯 Everything was delicious and the bagels were great.

What really made the experience special was the staff. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and kind. They greeted us with smiles, helped open the door for us, and even walked us out to the entrance. Such wonderful customer service!

Hey I been getting bagels from here for years, they are very good, this was first time I got a hungry man and I was just totally amused by the misrepresented menu item and more so when I called and they like yeah we get the all the time.

“The best bagel spot in Long Island by far. Everyone there is so nice, the place is always super clean, and it smells AMAZING the second you walk in. You can tell all of their food is fresh because everything tastes incredible every single time. The staff are so friendly and genuinely great people. The minute I walk in, they already know exactly what I ordered.
I genuinely can’t get enough of their veggie cream cheese, and their bacon egg & cheese sandwiches are phenomenal. I honestly wish they were open past 2 PM because I would 100% be getting this for dinner too. Highly recommend this place if you want amazing food and even better people.“

“I am in town for the weekend and stopped in for coffee and breakfast at about 11 am on a Saturday. I was originally going to pick up food to head back over to the airbnb but ended up staying while I ate a chicken empanada, an Everything Flagel (flat bagel) with lox cream cheese, and a cup of coffee. As I ate, a lot of people came and went and seemed to know the place really well. It appears to be a family business and the customer service is friendly and efficient. The parking is plentiful and convenient, and the place is clean with a great assortment of fresh bagels. The coffee is fresh and average tasting. I was amazed at how many people ordered ordered bagels with the inside fluff scooped out, which I have been doing forever. This is why I was so happy to discover the Flagel which I asked them to scoop out anyway, but there was less to scoop out because it is already flat. I'm interested only in the crispy part, not the soft bready part inside. The empanada was great. They have chicken and beef. If you buy 6 of them, then the 7th one is free. The dessert/sweets assortment varied from things that looked homemade to packaged cookies to muffins from Costco. To go, I bought 2 more garlic bagels with lox and regular cream cheese, a bagel with some homemade chicken salad, a beef and a chicken empanada, plus a black-and-white cookie (which was fresh and delicious even though it was prepackaged.) This place is great, and I wish there was one like this where I live in Redondo Beach, CA. The only negative thing I have to say about Bethpage Bagels is that I wish that they would accept some form of payment other than only cash. Even if it were Venmo, CashApp, or PayPal, any other option would be an easier and more sanitary way to pay for food. I don't like seeing people in a food establishment handling dirty coins and bills if they are also putting food into bags and containers. That's the only reason why I didn't give this place a 5-star rating. If this were not a cash only establishment, I would've purchased 7 empanadas to go, instead of only 2!“

“I was reading the reviews and I see there was some reviews that are not so good. Let me tell you it is a small shop. It’s not fancy, but they’re the best bagels around and they’re not the most expensive either. The ladies work very hard. you don’t know that they have to fulfill some very big orders in the morning which take a lot of work. It’s very hot in there from the oven so some days they’re just drained. They don’t have the energy almost to smile, but believe me, there’s such sweet ladies. Sometimes you have to give people a benefit of the doubt. It’s not an easy job believe me and now they take credit and cash and I go early in the morning and I have the hottest best bagels and the spreads and other things are very good. yes it might seem expensive but you’re paying for the service and the convenience. “I love this place but please if you guys see this review, my wife and I love your bagels but my wife just got diagnosed with Celiac which means she can't have anything with gluten anymore, if you guys can come up with a gluten free bagel option so that she can have her nova sandwich that will be great! You might already have the option but we just don't know about it so please if you see this review reply and let us know. My wife and I love the Nova sandwiches with the pickles and potato salad on the side, I have told all my clients about you guys, everytime someone asks what's a good bagel place that I know I brag about you guys. Alexis and her team are a good staple in our community, they remember names, they remember orders & if there’s ever a mistake they are quick to remedy it. Once, our order got switched with someone else’s and the next day, their team surprised me with our usual order on the house due to it. It was truly not expected and kindly appreciated. It is nice moving back to Queens from Brooklyn, and see them in action. We love our bagels and they can make a mean breakfast sandwich to boot! “Good bagel shop here. $9 for a BEC which is pretty standard. Friendly staff and a clean establishment. The bagels are very fluffy, it’s almost like eating a loaf of bread which is a bit too fluffy for me. Full menu of sandwiches and different spreads and meats available.“

“I live in Austin, TX, and I love how I can have authentic New York bagels delivered to my front door. I am a new customer, and I love Just Bagels. I love their customer service, they answer their phone, and they answer my questions on Facebook. I will be using them again, and again. I love everything about them so far. My boyfriend is the bagel eater, and I ordered 2 dozen for him. The flavors we got were Everything, Sesame, Cinnamon Raisin, and Blueberry. He is in love with their blueberry bagels. Those are his favorite, but he loves them all. Thanks Just Babels for the wonderful bagels. We’ll be trying new flavors next time, but for sure blueberry again. :)“

We didnt like the egg salad which I don't add to my score since I can count on one finger how many times I have gotten that at a deli. My daughter wanted it on a whim.

“Peters CAN serve up some delicious bagels... however they are very inconsistent. I come here for the convenience as it is located in my neighborhood. However, ordering here is a coin flip. Frequently I will be missing an add-on or will ask my bagel toasted and it will not be.
I suggest going to Slims or Utopia if you're in the area.

“This feedback is about bagel breakfast, even though the place is about a ‘a whole lot more’, as the branding suggests.
Ironically, we discovered them just 23 days shy of closure (hopefully at this location, and they are able to relocate nearby). Locational uniqueness with access from opposite sides of the property, feeding two avenues (Hillside & Marcus), will be lost even if Bagel…… is able to relocate elsewhere.
One of the very few establishments where customizations are documented and bagel order form is tucked into the wrapper to eliminate any misplaced misgivings about order fulfillment errors.
Observed that Staff is on first name terms with regulars (there appeared to be so many) and vice versa. It was here, that I discovered that patrons point to specific ‘well done’ bagel, they would want! What’s more, it was pleasant comfort that they take feedback in positive light.
The standout is cinnamon bagel with lightly sweetened cinnamon-raisin-walnut cream cheese, in consistency and flavor - beyond compare.
They have everything going for them, excepting the lease, which ends on 20-Sep-2026.
Final word of appreciation: even so close to closure date, they are not in winding down mode and a peek into the tip jar is enough to fathom the neighborhood love coming their way.“

“Finally remembered to check them out. We live a long walk / short drive away - so sort of forget to consider them for that reason. But it was well worth the time to walk on over. As vegetarians we went for some paninis but they were not making them anymore (again not sure if that day or if it's off the menu). Still grabbed ourselves some omelette, bagel on the side and coffees. Was great food. Very nice staff he paused and apologized for not having the paninis and showed us an awesome egg/cheese/coffee deal - but we needed more food :).“
