“the food was amazing as always but the cashier kept loudly talking about how his job is boring, that there’s nobody to serve and i know how annoying food service is from experience but it made me uncomfortable to hear him complaining so vocally about it while serving us, like at least wait till we’re gone dude 😭“

“I've been coming here with my dad, for as long as I can remember. Love coming here, because my friend,forgot her glasses and Annika was so sweet and extremely helpful. I enjoyed watching her get a tasting prior to ordering . Always great when people value their work. Great staff and awesome sandwiches.“

“I went Jersey Mikes on 1/3 in the evening , the gentleman at the slicer with the tattoos and glasses was very efficient when I told him I had a gluten allergy. He quickly cleaned the slicer throughly after he made the other sandwiches, changed his gloves, washed his hands and put new gloves on. He grabbed a sheet of paper and proceed with cutting my glutten free bread with a different color knife and made my turkey sandwich, then placed it on the back counter with the same knife and topped my sandwich with just lettuce, cut it then wrapped it. He was very cautious throughout. This is why I love Jersey Mike’s they are very well trained in allergies. Thank you.

***update on 1/11/2026 I went in at around 530-630pm, don’t really remember the exact time And I saw the same guy again working hard, there was an older man in a Yankees cap there being super nasty to him for no reason at all, just being rude to him. He was the only employee working at the time doing 5-8 sandwiches by himself. After the nasty man left another employee came out the bathroom and helped him. I was greeted with a smile and he said oh I remember you from last week, would I care for the same thing. Today, I opted for a cheesesteak instead. It was made with the same care as last time. Some people are just rude for no reason if you’re going to be rude to someone working hard by himself then you should stay home. Kudos to you sir and SHAME ON YOU RUDE NASTY MAN!!“
