“Left the shop last night and the reason why everyone’s uber orders are late is because there’s only 2 people doing all the orders & taking in person customers at the same time so of course it’s gonna take a long time for it to come out there’s 1 person upfront quite literally doing everything slicing everyone’s orders and putting toppings and then registering them out and bagging uber orders and running around grabbing extra add ons like chips or drinks and then one person on grill backed up with 10 tickets so they can’t even help the person in the front or the food is gonna burn, so yeah ofc ur order isn’t gonna come on time so it’s not the workers faults there’s literally only 2 ppl doing a whole dinner rush they just need to hire more people at night.“

“Best sandwiches EVER I highly recommend getting a giant Italian the giant is because if you get the medium your going to want more I’ve been to food places in New York/boston/Maine and literally ever over the top sandwiches ever and this place is literally the best sandwich’s ever costumer service is so good always clean in there and just so good 10/10 always recommend it and never had one singular bad experience with this sandwich ever want a amazing sandwich go here also best pregame meal!!!!!!“

“The employees here make fantastic sandwiches. They work hard and it shows in the food. The quality is always great. Veggies are fresh and our sandwiches are always made right. I don’t know what’s going on with delivery service though and agree that it will take a long time to get your order so definitely place your order an hour before you want it. If in person, I would place it on the app, get your points, and check back in with them by calling to see if your sandwich is ready, so you don’t have to wait outside when ordering and picking up in person. They do answer their phones and are always professional and nice. Overall, we will continue ordering again.“
