It is delicious and freshly made sandwiches.

I love Jersey Mike's sandwich shop for many many years. I use to have a location in my office building lobby over 10 years ago & I was there every day for lunch. I will not talk about what happened to my waistline LOL. I loved their fresh breads along with their meats & oregano and oil. The sandwiches were made fresh in front of you not other places where the meats are sitting around for Lord knows how long.

However, this location is not open yet since yesterday Monday, December 2, 2024. I am patiently waiting for it to open & I know the line will be literally around the corner. Stay tuned for more details.“

“The food is always great. Just starting to get expensive. I guess it is either inflation or corporate greed. Maybe both?? I remember the sandwiches being way more meatier (pause). The other thing I wish is that you can make modifications to sandwiches. Now with Added delivery fees and that is why I only order once a month from here. This post for the Times Square area you need to order online to pickup? The place looks sketchy and does not accept walk-in orders at all. Very disappointing that our teenagers can't even take orders anymore. They are deprived of human contact and social skills. Please change this. They looked as confused as I did wondering where the kitchen is. This warehouse look is not appealing with plenty of open store front in the city you could do better come on Jersey Mike's come on!“

“The employees here make fantastic sandwiches. They work hard and it shows in the food. The quality is always great. Veggies are fresh and our sandwiches are always made right. I don’t know what’s going on with delivery service though and agree that it will take a long time to get your order so definitely place your order an hour before you want it. If in person, I would place it on the app, get your points, and check back in with them by calling to see if your sandwich is ready, so you don’t have to wait outside when ordering and picking up in person. They do answer their phones and are always professional and nice. Overall, we will continue ordering again.“
