“I can't understand why the bread is different here than any other Jersey Mike's. Don't they all get it from the same place, or is it baked in-house?

Anyway, this isn't a good thing. Especially the rosemary parm, it tastes more... stale? The topping is harder & crunchier than it needs to be? It could be the way they store the bread? I avoid this location typically for the one on Union Blvd. But after recent issues with the new staff that like to over-charge on union, and between this place just not having fresh enough bread... I don't know. I guess I'll go to Blimpie's.

Hopefully the Jersey Mike's on rt. 3 is still reliable but I'd rather not go that far for a sandwich typically.

I was still overcharged here too (by Willowbrook) for that matter. I get a 3 meat custom sub. Prosciutini, turkey, pepperoni. They don't need to charge extra for pepperoni. Just price it as ANY 3 meat sub. At least they didn't charge me for extra cheese like Union blvd just because I wanted slices distributed to both sides of bread.

The staff here at Willowbrook also doesn't have a weird attitude the way new people do on Union blvd, but the difference in bread quality is hard to ignore. If they could simply fix that, the pricing isn't as much a deal breaker. Annoying that I've gotten this same custom sub for so many years at various Jersey Mike's locations without extra charges but whatever.“
