Honestly, I’m not sure what it is, not sure who is doing what, but everybody who works behind the counter are some of the friendliest people in food service I’ve ever met! They are genuinely sweet people. Seriously, when you go in there, just strike up a little light conversation. They’re so nice! A pleasure! Every single one I’ve ever encountered behind the counter! “My office has been ordering lunch from here periodically over the past year, and today we placed a larger order for the entire office. Before placing it, I called the store twice to make sure we had enough food and sides for everyone.

Tommy was not only incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, but also one of the friendliest people I've ever dealt with. By the time I arrived to pick up the order, he made me feel like family!

“Food and service are great. The only reason for the 4 instead 5 is just the prices have almost double since COVID. 22 dollars for barely a foot long is crazy. Like I can go to subway and do the 7 dollar foot longs. A sub is a sub. Is there really enough going on to justify a 15 dollar difference?? I can understand like 12 dollars for a sandwich maybe even 14 but 22 and up I can't afford to go here anymore.“

“Haven't been to this location in a long time so decided to try it. There were about three different parties waiting and no one was at the front. When the gal finally did come she apologized and sat the party in front of us. Then the manager came and said there was only one server that day and the wait would be about 15-20 minutes. The party behind us left since they had small children. We had no problem with the wait and Kat was our waitress, well she was everybody's waitress. LOL. Had to give her props, she did an excellent job. Our question was why didn't the manager help out? Maybe that's not the way they do things there but we felt a little sorry for poor Kat. But she was at her sweetest and most efficient self despite waiting on all the tables so she should be commended for that.“
