“My wife and I are visiting from Tampa, Florida. It was just a short walk to the sandwich shop (1/4 mile) or so. I can't rant and rave about this place enough. My experience was amazing and the food was better. 100% recommend anything meatball 🤤. The cheese steak 😋. I need to eat every sandwich 🥹.

“FARIA IS THE BEST!!! I come here almost everyday for work on my break. I get the good looking sandwiches. If you are a subway fan then you know Cookies matter just as much as the sandwich. They are always soft enough to bite through made fresh! Don’t even have to warm them up. Keeps a smile on her face and is a face I remember because of how kind she is. The rest of the staff makes sure to answer any questions you may have, as well as, any food allergies you may have.“

They only have one small table to sit at, so you shouldn't plan on eating there. There's a big menu and the coffee is always fresh. My favorite the Salmon Toast with a Cafe Horchata. Looking to not cook for lunch because life’s too short? Order a Tuna Bowl, you won’t regret it. If the day gets away from you and it’s dinner time and you have nothing to cook, make it a tapas night in. My favorites are the manchego bites, shrimp and garlic, croquettes de jamon, and calamar. Something awesome is that they have a mini market where all my favorite items are available to purchase to make at home!“

“It had been a little bit since we've been in (life gets in the way sometimes) but as soon as my husband & I walked in the door we were hit with that heavenly Blimpies scent of fresh ingredients that is indicative of Blimpies & Blimpies alone. It just smells like delicious subs. We realized, after speaking to the wonderful owner, that we've been getting the BEST subs in the world at this location for over 40 years! My pick is a "Blimpies Best" (extra oil & vinegar) honestly it was perfect. My husband gets a turkey & provolone which was terrific (he gave me puppy dog eyes & got a huge chunk of mine too)
Eateries come & go but the best stay, this is worthy of place in your rotation.
I should also say that I live in Nutley with quite a few Italian delis & pizzerias so if I'm saying the Italian sub (Blimpies Best) is terrific that's saying a lot.“

Ended up taking a little longer than usual because its in a very population dense area with a lot of traffic and parking was brutal. I wouldn't say it located in the worst area but it's defiantly not a nice area, anyways on to the food. the restraint itself looks very old and beat up but who cares menu has 1 sandwich on it and it's cash only. Id recommend any foodie to come try this place at least once because its a food journey but the traffic and parking and cash only are enough of a hassle to keep me away unless I'm directly in the neighborhood, also try to eat it there because the trip home will take too long.“
