“Excellent sandwich, very courteous and knowledgeable staff. I was there to get a sandwich but I also picked up nice reasonably priced greeting cards and balloons too for my nephew. The place is bright and clean. This will be my go to stop when I am in the area making deliveries. Huge parking lot to park my truck, easy in and out. Also I saw they had a sign that say Buy 2 get 1 Free pizza. Next time I should try the Subway pizza too.“

“This place is great! Atmosphere is chill and cool but the staff is also really friendly. They know what they're doing and what they're talking about, and you can tell making the customers happy is their main priority. Food is stunning!! Some italian classics and some twists, amazing wines and for their prices it's 100% worth it. Love this place and I can't wait to return and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to eat in NYC.“

“One of the best Pastrami Sandwich’s I’ve ever had (and I’ve had a lot). And damn good pickles too.
Only downside was the air conditioning that was too low and had me sweating the whole time. But it was worth it for this amazing sandwich.“

“Impeccable service, excellent food, and reasonable prices.
Personally I love the Parisian sandwich. Bread is always on point (which is increasingly hard to find), and the sandwich is simple yet incredibly flavorful, which I often put down to the quality of ingredients.
If you're looking for an authentic, well-run French sandwicherie, this is the place.
Thanks again“

“The place is a tiny hole in the wall.
But, it is the most generous in their meat when it comes to sandwiches.
The owner is fun. I loved it when he said in a playful way, "If you are going to rate me 5 stars only or none at all, no 3, 4, 4.5." And you know what, he's right. his sandwiches are the best!“

“In a world where hunger strikes like a relentless villain-sama, Subway stands as a beacon of hope, a sanctuary where heroes are forged. Today, I embarked on an epic quest to create the ultimate sandwich, and Subway did not disappoint!
As I entered the Subway dojo, the air was thick with anticipation. The Subway Masters, Johnny-San and Lillie-Chan in their signature uniforms, greeted me with the respect due to a wandering warrior. Their skills were unmatched, their knowledge of ingredients vast—a true testament to their training.
The assembly line was like the forging of a legendary weapon. Each ingredient was a sacred relic: the crisp lettuce, a shield to ward off the enemies of hunger; the succulent meats, the sword to strike with precision; the cheeses, a mystical aura that binds the sandwich together. And let’s not forget the sauces—each one a secret technique passed down through generations, adding depth and power to the creation.
Choosing my bread was the first challenge. I opted for the hearty Italian herbs and cheese—its golden crust symbolizing the strength of an ancient warrior. Then came the fillings, each layer a strategic choice in the battle for flavor supremacy. I could feel the spirit of a thousand anime protagonists guiding me, urging me to craft a sub that would stand the test of time.
The moment of truth arrived as I took the first bite. It was as if the heavens opened, and I could hear the triumphant music of victory! The flavors exploded like a finishing move in a climactic battle, each element playing its part to perfection. The sandwich was not just food—it was the embodiment of a hero’s journey, a testament to the power of customization and creativity.
Subway, you’ve done it again! My hunger was defeated, my spirit revitalized. This was no ordinary meal; it was a saga, a tale of culinary excellence that I will recount for generations. If you seek a meal that’s more than just food—if you seek an adventure—Subway is yours.“
“This out of the way place along the East River waterfront was having a free concert on Saturday. Held in the parking lot, dozens of people of all ages were enjoying the rock music. They were also selling light refreshments to enjoy while hearing the bands play. Felt very wholesome, relaxed and fun. Perfect summer night. Enjoy“

“I stumbled upon this sandwich place. I asked the server for a recommendation and he suggested the Chicken Schnitzel sandwich and the Grilled Chicken panini. Although I was craving beef, I went for the Grilled Chicken panini. It was one of the best chicken panini I ever had. Also their fries … let me tell you they have the real “French” fries. It is thin and not too soft nor too crunchy. Gust get a large one you won’t regret it.“

“I went on a Saturday late in the morning and this spot definitely gets busy as the line was out the door (mainly because the place itself is very small). If you’re waiting outside after ordering, they’ll come out and bring your food to you. I got the Shepardi wrap along with the frozen coffee. Every bite was delicious and I didn’t want it to end. The coffee was interesting as it’s made with tahini which you get mainly in the after taste. I liked it but it might not be for everyone. Idk about you but $25 for breakfast is far from ideal so I would say this is more of once in a while a treat yourself type of meal. Will come back in a few months.“

“Food was so good I forgot to take a picture before I started eating it and I already devoured half by the time I did. The sandwiches here are always so fresh… the mozzarella - speechless ?. A full sandwich is pretty big - pictured here is half of a half sandwich. I always get turkey and mozz but I’ve heard the roast beef special is phenomenal. You can’t go wrong with anything from here. Adding to the quality food is staff who are always so friendly and nice. This place is a gem of Hoboken!!!!!“

“I got the chicken pesto burrata with multigrain and added truffle mushrooms! The sandwich is one of my favorites. The flavors of the truffle mixed with the pesto really balance out the sandwich. One fyi, the chicken is chicken breast cubed so it is a smidge dry but with the sauces and cheese and toppings, it adds a nice component and balance the sandwich. The multigrain is a sweeter type of bread but it really balanced out the pesto.“

“Deliriously delicious shop in the East Village! The sandwich rolls were the best I've tasted in NYC and perfectly toasted. My love and I enjoyed The Hog, a vermicelli and meat salad with the best fish sauce, and a lamb taco. I especially was impressed with the cleanliness and food handling. Go to "about us" to read the interesting story of the two friends/owners who we were so fortunate too meet at Wheelers in Sheepshead Bay.“

“My office orders from here frequently, at least once a week. Their service is insane. We hang up the phone and they’re at the door delivering. Super SUPER fast. The bacon egg and cheese is good, their chicken caesar salad is good, and their wraps are also good. Would definitely recommend this hole in the wall restaurant“

“The Sophie's Burger was really good! When I ate the fries they tasted fresh and had a good balance of salt! Everything was amazing except for the fact that when I ordered a drink it wasn't given to me, I was in a rush so I didn't realize until I was in the car..
The guy in the front is very friendly and approachable! Would love to come again but I lowkey just wanted my drink... ?“

“I placed an order for 15 people in my office the other day for a 11:45 AM delivery. Not only were the owners super nice..they were on time for delivery and the food was great. Everyone's order was correct and we were all very pleased. They even went the extra mile which I highly appreciated and wrote the initials of each person according to the order which helped out big time when it came time to eat so we knew who ordered what. I personally ordered the "Jimmy" and got to try a piece of the chopped cheese - both were great. We will be ordering again!“

“Heard about this place online and wanted to try it. Price wise, its around the same price as the other food in the area. The paninis were okay. Honestly, if I gave you a panini from a local popular corner deli and this place, this place would be slightly better. Give this place a shot and you can decide for yourself. I had the Cubano and it was okay.“

“Super Ort um sich ein Frühstück oder Imbiss zu holen. Es gibt ein großes Angebot (Pancakes, Sandwiches, Bagels, French Toast, Ei etc.). Das Essen wir frisch zubereitet und die Preise sind für New York vermutlich relativ gut. Dort kann man allerdings nur bedingt essen. Am besten man nimmt es mit und sucht sich draußen einen schönen Platz.“

“I am a charter pilot. I had a flight from Toronto Canada to Teterboro NJ (with a quick turn) to Guyana South America to Miami FL. It was a 16+ hour day. Only two pilots, no flight attendant and no food for us. The day before, I contacted Matthew at the store, ordered and paid for two sandwiches and the Airport Staff at Signature Flight support West was kind enough to pick it up. Half way to Guyana I opened the bag and found three subs and two containers of cookies. I thought we got someone elses order but no, Matthew had given us an extra sub and cookies for the long trip. And they were delicious.
Service is one thing, but he went way above and beyond, and it made our day, which was long and grueling.
Thanks Matthew.“
