Culture Lab LIC is a welcoming venue located in Queens, Long Island City, NY. This 12,000 square foot converted warehouse hosts two art galleries, an 80-seat theater, classroom space, and a large outdoor venue. They offer a variety of programs and events, including exhibitions, live music, and free events in the parking lot. Visitors can enjoy food, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages, and even bring their dogs. The art gallery features changing exhibits such as “Clashing Steel: The Art of Stage Combat,” showcasing rapiers, broadswords, and armor. The staff are polite and helpful, making it a great place to spend time. The venue supports local and international artists, providing space, resources, and a sense of community.
