Great sandwich place with healthy choices, delicious hummus and veggies. There are a few seats but more of a grab and go.
I do not live in NYC, but I was trying to find someone who could provide food for my daughter's baby shower in the city. After researching a few options online, I contacted The Picnic Basket. I am so glad I did. The shower was to be in Central Park on a Saturday, and I was concerned about getting everything there safely and reasonably easily. As The Picnic Basket is closed on Saturday, I knew we'd need it Friday as late as possible.

Absolutely love Picnic Basket! Some of the best sandwiches in NYC, fresh ingredients and amazing flavors. Everything tastes so fresh and well-made, and the staff is super friendly. Definitely a must-try if you’re a sandwich lover!
