As I walked in, I greeted the wonderful counterperson, that was there at the moment. It happened to be a wonderful lady
With great spirits and an excellent smile. She built my sandwich to my specifications. And even helped me with a 2 part payment
I gotta say that kudos. To this location and to Jersey Mike's for having this wonderful employee.

Jersey Mike's Subs offers delicious subs, but some may have too much oil or vinegar, making them messy and sour 10% of the time. Despite this, the staff is friendly, and the ingredients are fresh and well-prepared. With more care, this place could truly shine. Customers have praised the team for their hardworking attitude and good service, often noticing how they earn tips through their consistent effort. The restaurant is always clean and welcoming, with staff like Chasity providing polite assistance and making the best turkey provolone sandwiches. One customer appreciated how the crew always seems busy, making sure each order is made just as ordered, whether eating in or taking away. The staff's dedication was highlighted when a customer received extra subs and cookies for a long flight, showing they go above and beyond to make the experience better. Overall, the team’s effort and friendly service add to the positive dining experience.
