“I placed an order for 15 people in my office the other day for a 11:45 AM delivery. Not only were the owners super nice..they were on time for delivery and the food was great. Everyone's order was correct and we were all very pleased. They even went the extra mile which I highly appreciated and wrote the initials of each person according to the order which helped out big time when it came time to eat so we knew who ordered what. I personally ordered the "Jimmy" and got to try a piece of the chopped cheese - both were great. We will be ordering again!“

“This is such a great place. The food is wonderful the atmosphere is great and service is out of this world. I would recommend if your sick or just a soup lover to get their chicken and rice soup. Its thick and hearty with shredded chicken. The fresh mozzarella is like 10 dollars for this small ball but worth it. They make great spaghetti sauce and have wonderful sandwiches too but I'm cutting back on bread so I can't say I've had them that much“

“They knew who I was as soon as I walked in. They got the order right. The young gentleman that put my subs together gave me extra napkins, menus, and plastic. He was just so friendly and kind. The sandwiches were huge! We had to save one for the next day.

Parking: Parking is right there..you can pull right up to the door..there was no congestion..easy in and out.“

“I would bring a bus group from the Detroit area every year before the pandemic for tours in the New York area.
I would have to order 56 sandwiches with 3 to 4 different choices.
Our bus wouldn't arrive to our hotel until after 8:00 pm
(after your normal business hours)
Upon our arrival, someone would deliver our lunches that evening for the next day.
I have always appreciated the extra mile that they went for our bus group.
The sandwiches were always delicious.

“I am a charter pilot. I had a flight from Toronto Canada to Teterboro NJ (with a quick turn) to Guyana South America to Miami FL. It was a 16+ hour day. Only two pilots, no flight attendant and no food for us. The day before, I contacted Matthew at the store, ordered and paid for two sandwiches and the Airport Staff at Signature Flight support West was kind enough to pick it up. Half way to Guyana I opened the bag and found three subs and two containers of cookies. I thought we got someone elses order but no, Matthew had given us an extra sub and cookies for the long trip. And they were delicious.
Service is one thing, but he went way above and beyond, and it made our day, which was long and grueling.

How can you enjoy your food when it feels like a sauna. Please fix you AC for customers.

Honestly, I’m not sure what it is, not sure who is doing what, but everybody who works behind the counter are some of the friendliest people in food service I’ve ever met! Onions are shaved, lettuce Shredded, nice size tomato, oil vinegar, and seasonings. Boom! It's perfection. “I had a small Chicken Diablo sandwich with raw onions and lettuce. It was a pricey meal at $10.99 for a small although it tasted very good. The chicken had a nice heat to it which was nice.The atmosphere was nice and very clean and the staff was friendly and attentive to our questions. The service was also quick.

Chris and the older gentleman (completely forgot to get his name but I believe he was a manager/supervisor) were absolutely amazing! You can tell they truly value customer interactions. Out of curiosity, I asked Chris what his personal sandwich order is. He made it for me & I was not disappointed! The older gentleman also comped our canned drinks since we were trying them for the first time, which he obviously didn’t have to do!
