The food isn't that good, but the custome service is excellent. Isaiah showed quality customer service . Somebody else dropped my soda and Isaiah refilled my cup and called the janitor to clean.
Lol I seen the same 4 workers for years now. They know how to work well together. I go here when you got that hungry feeling like after a long day at work as a reward.

Charleys Cheesesteaks offers a welcoming atmosphere, with staff willing to explain menu options and recommendations even to non-English speakers. Their sandwiches, such as the regular cheesesteak, are well-received, with crispy, real potato fries and a flavorful medium-sized sandwich. Many customers have noticed the friendly and experienced staff who work well together, creating a positive dining environment. Visitors often mention that the cheesesteaks are satisfying, with generous amounts of meat and moist fries with a nice crunch, reminiscent of local mom and pop shops. While some have experienced issues like slow service or double charges, most find the staff to be kind and helpful. The restaurant provides a reasonable value for the quality of food and service, with options like a combo and discounts through their app, making it a good choice for a quick, tasty meal.
