Samantha was wonderfully helpful. I had tried a Nespresso coffee at a friend's place and wanted to find more in their lineup that fit the taste profile I had enjoyed and she very patiently, informatively and thoroughly walked me through different flavors and samples that gave me a better idea of what I would enjoy. Went back and bought one of the recommendations, and excited to try others!
We visited the Paramus Nespresso Boutique today, a Saturday, and had a very good experience. We were greeted by Alexandra when we walked in who put our name in the que. Although it was busy, Alexandra asked if we’d like to sample some coffees up at the Coffee bar while we waited. My husband and I tried two iced coffees.
